I Have been bidding on items for over a year now and I couldn't be more thrilled with The items I have successfully bid on and won. It has become a guilty pleasure of mine but also has saved me thousands of dollars I have Helped furnish my growing children's new homes, helped with daycare toys for my grandchildren, as well as purchased new items to update my decor. I only had one minor issue with a mixup in items, but it was quickly resolved each, and everyone of the staff that I have had to deal with over email Or on the phone have been exceptionally kind I do not live in the Edmonton area and have items delivered on a regular basis and have had no issues with any of the delivery companies they have as their resources My family now gives me their Wish list and I shop it on this website. Be sure to read the ad completely of the items you are interested in and check out pictures and you will not be disappointed

My first time buying from the auction I had issues withy Bank holding funds on my e-transfer. The staff were really understanding and patient. They even let me take my purchases home (I was from out of town) before I had the situation resolved. Thank you Southside location

I have been browsing auctions for a few years now and Rightside has been a favourite of mine. They do a good job of describing the items, adding links, and also making note of any defects if an item is not perfect. The site is pretty easy to use and easy to find information such as when lots will close, the bid increments, and auctions fees. Pickups have also been quite good, their organization system allows them to locate all items in a couple mins or less.
Only thing I could suggest is if they made 1-2 weekdays with later hours so those who work 9-5 could make it after work for pickups.
