Just in conversation, they don't seem to care about patients but how to make $20 over and above!!! Pocket change for them. If they can make it one way, they can make it the other way, less expensive and much easier to use.

Would not recommend this pharmacy. They do not stock appropriate amounts of commonly needed medications, staff are not adequately trained to be able to obtain medications or manage these simple situations either. Was left without anti inflammatories given their inability to provide adequate service.

Unparalleled service and free delivery! In house compounding. Low dispensing fees. Honest business practices.I live in downtown but have used this pharmacy for the past few years. I am also a Nurse Practitioner and prescriber. I refer to this pharmacy all the time.

I waited 10 minutes for my medicine and everyone working there ignored me, I kept waiting and nobody asked if I needed anything, I was waiting for my medicine that I did not receive

I just wanted to acknowledge Dillion for the exceptional care and kindness extended every time I reach out for help or advice. I also would like to recognize the efforts of other pharmacists and staff. Furthermore, I feel incredibly fortunate to have an excellent compounding pharmacy in my community. For those patients who like to titrate or have trouble swallowing pills your are a godsend.

We went there to pick up medicine for my dad. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would have given 5 stars ? but they don't deliver to a pharmacy in Morinville where we live or close such as St. Albert. It was a medicine only they can do. The pharmacy is also located in a cute little shopping area.

This store prices are ridiculous compared to other pharmacies. Their items are outdated and still sold at a higher price. You’re better off going to shoppers or other stores to get fair prices. Even with the so-called the 20% discount, you’re still paying higher. FYI

My favorite story about Rite Choice was when they showed up at our door one time on Christmas Eve to deliver a prescription to my youngster who had just been released from the hospital and was still bedridden.... i had no way to get her medecine easily and they brought her a tin of cookies along with the medicine. Only 5* reviews will ever come from me for this business!!!

They always say they'll call you when your prescription is ready for pick up and never call. You always have to follow up. Don't tell me you'll call me when it's ready when you don't.

Very polite,professional people that work here. They told me a time when our prescription order would be ready and they were right on. It’s a small pharmacy but they specialize in elderly products and services. I We do recommend this pharmacy, thanks for the great service

I get my methadone everyday and half the time I'm usually late and the workerd there are always good with me
