Went in to get some help transfering service to Rogers from another Carrier, had the Rogers SIM cards but they needed to be put in the phones, and old numbers ported. Professional, efficient staff, that went through all the processes, including porting the old numbers. Would recommend this store to anyone wanting Rogers Service, either phone or internet.

Returned my phone 2 month ago, i get an email from Roger's yesterday that I owe them money for the return as they haven't received my phone . Asked for a confirmation number they told me that I don't need one as it's already entered in the system

The Rogers team at this location is very community minded and they will get you the best deal with the best service possible. Nick was amazing and helped us on every step of the way to port 3 lines over to Rogers. Grab some amazing deals right now this holiday season!!

We were not looking forward to having to do our Shaw to Rogers mobile transfer...but the service at this location was excellent! The customer service person helping us was thorough and answered our questions. Our numbers successfully ported over before we left the store. Very happy with the service.

These guys are clowns. I went in for some bill changes and they tried to force me to upgrade my phone.2 minutes on the phone with loyality and they gave me more for less.We don't need these store fronts anymore. Shut em down.

They charge fees and hide them till you get your bill and there is a surprise. BE AWARE!
