We were not looking forward to having to do our Shaw to Rogers mobile transfer...but the service at this location was excellent! The customer service person helping us was thorough and answered our questions. Our numbers successfully ported over before we left the store. Very happy with the service.

These guys are clowns. I went in for some bill changes and they tried to force me to upgrade my phone.2 minutes on the phone with loyality and they gave me more for less.We don't need these store fronts anymore. Shut em down.

The customer service at this location is amazing! The manager Nicholas and 2 other employees were there today. The transfer of my account from another provider was seemless and everything was explained clearly! I am keeping my current phone but they had some great suggestions on repair places to get some things fixed! We will definitely be going back to this store for any future needs!

Security is overkill at this location especially with 2 guys inside. Through a speaker we were asked what we wanted and then to show our faces and ID to the camera before we could enter the empty store!? Ridiculous and poor service as well.

Crazy that I'm giving a Roger's outlet a 5 star rating after the nation wide outage happened, but the people working at this location were such a pleasure to deal with. Nicholas was attentive, helpful, and had a great sense of humor. Honest and not pushy. Just so pleasant to chat with. I upgraded my phone, and Nicholas was able to explain every dollar on my contract, how everything worked, and even gave me great tips on how to make the most of my 2 year contract.I would send friends and fanily with Roger's to see Nicholas for anything they need.

I would gladly send people here. Noha was amazing to work with. She even helped my mother who has dementia get everything figured out. She was great. And shows that companies do deserve a second chance. Thank you
