I've went ther last Wednesday telling them my data & all of service if off everytime I'm out side my home and I've called before they told me you can Try change you're Sim card I have 4 Sim numbers with Roger's we all having the same trouble all they said at rogers store we need you're ID to give you a new Sim I only had a picture of it and I had my online rogers account open in front of him he still refused to change it for me and he even stopped my Sim card sense then my number is not working.
In 1 years I paid over $2000 for rogers for a terrible service & data that have never got better. Plus when I told him I'm changing all of my Sims all he said is OK. Worst service ever rude people who doesn't even care about them customers.
I payed all of my bill last night & I'll be changing to a different company any other company will still be better then rogers .
I'm changing all of th 4 numbers I have with them & to never return again with those thiefs.

October 3rd I went in around 5 to upgrade my phone and the 2 gentlemen working at that time helped me right away. The one guy (I forgot his name if I remember I’ll come back and edit) helped me pick the perfect phone and was very informative about the different prices, etc. When transferring my data from my old phone to the new one it took a while until close even 5 mins after and they were willing to stay as long as it needed with no hesitation etc. 10/10 I’ll go back to this location again.

I visited this store on Tuesday, August 1 at around 3:30 PM. There was a White, Black and Asian man working at the Northgate Rogers store. The customer representative I spoke to was the Black man who was unknowledgeable, adamantly gave wrong information, dismissive, and condescending. I asked him for the price of the cheapest phone I would be able to buy without a plan and his response was that the only place I could buy a phone without a plan was at the manufacturer, like Samsung or Apple itself. I responded with the question, "really?", to which he asked, why would Rogers want to do that from a business perspective. I said I was surprised because every other phone place I went to had options for buying phones outright. I didn't get to continue speaking because whenever I tried, he would cut me off and list off manufacturers. He said I was incorrect when I said that other companies sold phones upright, when I had previously in the same mall visited Telus/Koodo, Virgin Mobile, Chatr, and Freedom, all of whom had phones that could be purchased without a plan. I have also purchased phones outright multiple times without a plan from Fido which is literally owned by Rogers. Extremely poor customer service. I walked out of the store because I did not need to hear a man forcibly feed me wrong information.

Probably one of the worse Rogers in the city. I've been a Roger Customer for 20 years and this is by far the worse ever. I haven't been there in 4 years and customer service has definitely went down the hill. Not knowledgeable. Not friendly. No approachable. Not respectful. Go to other Roger place.

All staff at this location have zero customer service skills & zero people skills. Christopher at this location is especially rude & condescending. Rogers not only has a terrible network but the worst employees as well. Will be switching to another provider once my contract with these pigs is up.

The way salesmen laughed at my husband because the way he is with his natural born as cerebral palsy with English reading/writing grade 5th that was happening two weeks ago when he came in to ask what happened with his iPhone 7 FaceTime issues. What a shameful service with disabilities who are strongly loyalty to Rogers Wireless!

Went in for a Sim replacement. Praneet, young gentleman helped and was of excellent service, really appreciated the help and charged me nothing for it. Well done young man, next phone purchase will be through you.

The staff are always helpful. The store is small and is usually busy but the staff really make up for it all with how helpful they are!

Had the absolute best 2 guys help me with upgrading my account, it was extremely different because the person online screwed up my entire account but these 2 men stayed late (an hour late) just to make sure that I got everything I needed and walked away with my brand new phone. They were funny and so welcoming. Thanks again guys loving my s9+

would rate higher if employees were trained to understand their own business models better. On the last occasion I stopped into see prices and plan to upgrade my phone the rep gave me the details for the plan I would be taking. Following an email I needed to receive I returned the next day only to be told, unconfidently, by another rep that I was not entitled to the promotions offered previously; after I encouraged him to check, against his will or interest, he did check and found I was not wrong. At every turn after this he found every reason not to extend customer courtesy and ended by telling me that my premium phone was only worth 60 dollars because of a superficial scratch, which the previous rep had not said anything about, when he quoted the phone at 300 dollars. I have been a member with Roger's for 5 years now and have no reason to stay since its apereant that customers come second to employees personal ego's, at this stores location.
