My 88 year old mother went in with an elderly friend to get help today as rogers took over her service provider and she had to get a new sim card inserted in her old cell phone and didnt know how as she is 88 years old hard of hearing and not in good health. It was 10:10 .The door was locked and no one in store. After a short while a man showed up with coffee in hand. He was very short with my mother and told her it was not his job to help her get phone set up with new sim. Kept telling her she needed to get new phone as hers is to old. ( Note this is phone she has for emergencies and she doesnt want new one) finally he helped her but was very short with her and rude. If it wasnt for her friend he wouldnt have done anything. Took an hour and 20 minutes and during that time no one else was in store so he had lots of time. How dare he act like this to anyone let alone a senior! I am going to go to Rogers corporate to also lodge a complaint. My Mother called me and was in tears. Im in Vancouver, otherwise i would have gone to this store. HORRIBLE. I AM LIVID.

Talked to Sunita about upgrading a couple phones on my Fido account. However, as I chose to hold off for now on the cell phones, Sunita was just awesome in regards to upgrading and renewing my shaw internet.
Because of Sunita's customer service and her infectious smile, I will use the south common rogers outlet, in hopes of dealing with Sunita again, in the future.

I went in to sign up for internet service.
The assistant that helped me was Jody.
While he was going thru the sign process he answered my questions and provided information but I must say that his customer service needs to be improved.
He barely made eye contact and would mumble to himself.
His interaction was not rude but he wasn't friendly either.
Also, the front door has to be unlocked to let customers in and out and while he was helping me he kept getting up to open the door for other customers.
He would just get up in the middle of our interaction, did not excuse himself, just get up and leave and I found that very off putting.
I went to this location because I was in the area and it was convenient to stop in but I would definitely not go back again.

I had an excellent experience with Rogers, they were very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I had lots of questions, they listened and answered every question I had. Excellent job
