I've been a customer of Royal Watch & Clock since their days on the upper floor of Londonderry Mall, which has been over 20 years. Recently, I took my mother's clock in for repairs. The owner is a genuine Royal Watch & Clock repairer. I highly recommend his services.

This was my first time ever that I found the place and visited to service many watches from battery replacements to a high end watch repair. Outstanding and professional level of service, a very well, clean and well merchandised shop! One feels good and satisfied. The owner is a great person!

Worst experience, went to change the batteries on my two beautiful watches, as both the watches were the slimmest watches in world, he seems to not have batteries for it, and while opening broke the dial of one of my watch, came back without replacing the batteries, which he didn't had, and on top of that he said, if you cannot trust why have you come to my shop. Gave one star as there was no option of zero or negative star

Perfect alternative to Nameless Faceless Big Box. I needed to get a mechanical watch repaired. The manufacturer's store in the mall wanted me to click a QR code to self-arrange shipping to who knows where for who knows how long. Another mall jewelry store offered to get it fixed but would take 8-12 weeks. Google searched and found Royal Watch & Clock. The watch was repaired in 1 week for a VERY reasonable cost. Now I may wear my favourite watch again. Thank you very much for fast and local service.

The owner is extremely professional and does an excellent job with alterations or repairs. Last time I was there he took a couple links off my watch bracelet in less than a minute which really surprised me. The shop also has a varied and interesting selection of watches and clocks.

Took my watch for a battery replacement. Got it done pretty good and fast. When the battery was being replaced because the battery died for a while some liquid got left in it. The guy cleaned it and did a battery replacement and gave me some pointers. Excellent team there would highly recommend
