I can’t express fully the awesome experience Rawan and her associate gave my daughter and I. They were immediately warm in greeting us, and listened attentively as I explained what I was looking for. They then gave me top notch service while also playing with my 3 year old daughter while I tried on outfits.We both had a great time with them and I’m also very happy with my purchases, which they helped me choose and find the right fit! I have always had great experiences at this location, and this one was the best of all. Thank you Rawan and your associate!

Dear RW&CO Customer Service Team,Date: April 23, 2023Time: 5:00PMLocation: 13662 137 Ave NW in Skyview Power CentreI am writing this email to express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received when attempting to return a suit at your store location above. I purchased a suit from your store and upon arriving home, realized that it was not the right fit for me. I had kept the receipt and the size tags on the suit. However, I misplaced the price tags and couldn’t initially find it.To my surprise, I was met with an accusation that I had worn the suit and was therefore not entitled to a return despite having the receipt and size tags on it. This accusation is completely false, and I am deeply offended that it was even suggested. I had purchased the suit with the intention of wearing it, but after trying it on at home, I quickly realized it was not the right fit for me. I had not worn the suit outside or for any extended period of time.To make matters worse, I feel as though I was treated unfairly due to subtle racism. It was almost as if the assumption was that because of my skin color, I must have been up to no good. This is unacceptable behavior, and I feel as though my rights as a customer were violated.I have always been a loyal customer of RW&CO for over ten years, and I am deeply disappointed with the way I was treated. If this issue is not adequately dealt with, I will no longer be shopping with your company, and I will have no choice but to make a social media campaign to find justice. I hope that this email will prompt your team to take a closer look at the treatment of customers of color in your stores and to make sure that this kind of unfair treatment does not happen again.Eventually I went back home and found the price tags and got a refund at a different store in Kingsway Mall.I expect an apology for the way I was treated. I came into the store Sunday morning to check out the suit options for my son.....I wandered around the store for over 10 minutes and no one even acknowledge me or offered assistance.

Rachel hands down is the BEST! I came in on Sunday morning and she put her style techniques to work and I walked out with a new wardrobe. She worked within my budget and found adorable pieces that looked great on me. I cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond. Oh and she personally followed up with me when one of the pieces arrived at the store that she ordered for me! Thank you again Rachel for such and an amazing experience !

It was my very first time to shop at this store. A staff named Rachel approached me right away and made me feel welcome.The size of the item that i was looking for wasn't available in the store, she offered to check if its available online and helped me ordering instead. She even helped me to create my profile so that i can save even more.She went above and beyond my expectations. Im definitely coming back here. Wonderful customer service

I just love the staff here. I find that they’re all happy and excited to put an outfit together. Honestly if you’re having a bad day, go in and they’ll dress you up and make you feel great! What more does one want from a clothing store?
