Would give it 0 stars, customer service was ABYSMAL!! JUST had 3 associates look at me as I had 4 things in my arms, didn’t ask how I was doing but paid attention to the older ladies. Was there to buy a few items but this experience turned me off. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Will go to WEM

Extremely disappointed in the return policy and the Southgate Mall location. My wife and I have credit cards connected on the same account. I was doing a return on my wife’s behalf, and they would not accept my card as she used her card for the purchase. Wasted my time ensuring we made the return in 30 days. Now my wife will waste her time coming back a second time for the return. The staff were friendly and offered an in store credit, but they were not helpful in finding a resolution while I was in store. No use for the in store credit.
Update- While I appreciate the response below I won’t redirect to your website. The explanation in my original review is clear. Your company will not accept a co-joined credit card from the same account to issue a credit. Your policy is inconvenient and your customers need to be aware. No need to further respond to this post.

Clothes quality is nice but service is poor. I was looking for clothes and a lady working their said, don’t touch anything if you want something I’ll hand it to you in a very rude manner. And I said let me look around before I select items and she rolled her eyes and walked away. I’m a regular customer btw.

Sarah was just absolutely amazing! I was in such a hurry to find a suit for the next morning, and despite the store being super busy, she was so helpful — with the most positive attitude as well. Thanks so much, Sarah, for making me less stressed and ready to take on the next day!

They wouldn't take my coat back even when I just wore it once around my house and the tag was still attached. 0 damage or wear and tear. Ridiculous.

I have visited this location several times in the last few years. I myself work in retail, and am a quiet and respectful customer who likes to be independent when I am shopping. But RW&Co has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced on a consistent basis. The most basic thing you can do as a sales associate is acknowledge (i.e., say hello to) every customer and, at some point during their shopping experience, make sure they are doing okay. Each time I have gone to RW&Co, I was ignored (while the person entering the store after me was acknowledged), never asked once if I needed help finding items (other customers were), and treated as a nuisance if I asked to try on something. I will not be returning.

I was a regular customer for this place. But today’s experience was worse. Like the employee was so disrespectful. I just ask for the price of jeans she looks so strange and Kind of ignoring reaction on her face. Nobody gonna like that. And nextly, I just rushed to the pile of clothes where she was standing and after seeing me she again made the face on me. And I just drop my idea for getting clothes from there for my future too.
