Normally customer service has been great, that changed 2 days ago. Was having another bout of Bronchitis so i called in to request pharmacy to fax my doctor and request a refill for antibiotics and a puffer to help my breathing. That was 2 days ago, i had to call back and was told there was no refill on antibiotics. I knew that that's why I asked them to fax my doctor. Well the person i spoke with didn't bother to send the fax. Good thing I wasn't dying. Obviously staff needs more training

I'm so impressed with the level of care I received. The prescription the doctor had written for me didn't work and I wasn't able to get into my doctor for another appointment because of the long weekend. I would have waited until after the weekend and possibly ended up in hospital if it had not been for the pharmacist Linda following up with me Friday afternoon. She prepared a new prescription and I picked it up an hour later. Saved me alot of pain and agony!

They are friendly people here..fast service .. They explain your prescription and make sure you understand... I've been here for years now and won't leave...
