The products are amazing but the staff are super unprofessional when it comes to customer service. I would give them no stars if I could. One of the worst experiences in Southgate branch.

I purchased a grey cement ultrasonic diffuser August 14th, 2022! So more than a year ago! In about 1 week the side of the “cap” cracked into tiny pieces (I never dropped it or anything cause in this case it would be just destroyed). Went to the store to exchange that (again, it was just 1 week after the purchase so I still could exchange that or get the refund) but the employee told me that they would just give me the new “cap”, I just have to wait when they’d have the spare one, they would give me a call, and I trusted them, left my phone number and left. So to say, today is November 2023!!!! And I never got a call!! So instead of just exchanging the faulty item or giving me the refund (eligible at that time) they tricked me into waiting for the new cap and eventually after a year all I’m left with is a broken cap and expired return policy! Nice company!

Sure is expensive compared to Amazon diffusers.....but....I bought a diffuser that was nice and the perfect size for my son's room. Sure enough the lid broke (an accident with kids). I wasn't sure if they replaced those because the base was fine but discovered when I took it to the store that when people return defective diffusers if the lids are fine they will just keep them in a drawer since there isn't anything wrong with them. I love that they don't just throw perfectly good parts out and the staff were awesome and just switched me another for free. She apologized it had one tiny scuff on it but I don't really care over a tiny mark. At least the lid wasn't broken and his nice diffuser works. (They did let me know the lids stock is contingent on if people bring defective ones in that are the style you need so had it not been there I could have just tried another time to switch) over all I would say the warranty and service is well worth the price of some things.

I was in here on April 16th shopping for a gift, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Sarah was working till and she let me know about how points work. Me, being a customer for many years had NO idea and ended up leaving with a free roller and I have never been so happy! 10/10 would recommend this location

I recently visited Saje Natural Wellness at Southgate Mall and was greeted and helped by Sarah. I walked in to purchase Peppermint Halo (my go-to for headaches) and walked out with my purchase as well as new information about a points program that I didn't even know existed. She was extremely helpful with all my questions. With more relaxed measures in place and the return to in-person shopping, I felt it was important to acknowledge the positive experience I had. Sage has always been a trusted brand for me, and in addition to their quality products and guarantees, they have very helpful and friendly staff. Do not hesitate to shop in store, check out their oils, and enjoy their diffusers.
