Save On Appliances is hands down the best place in Edmonton for appliances! The prices are unbeatable, and they always have amazing deals that make shopping here a no-brainer.
The highlight of my experience was the customer service. Loui was outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely went out of his way to make sure I found exactly what I needed. He made the whole process easy and stress-free.

Horrible experience. We went in with a child to simply ask about what could be done regarding an oven we bought just a couple of weeks ago that already started rusting. Instead of helping, the owner started yelling at us in front of the child — who got so scared she started crying.
They were all smiles and polite when we were buying, but the moment there’s a problem, they become extremely rude and completely unhelpful. Avoid this place at all costs.

Horrible experience. The owner guy started yelling at us while we were there with a kid just because we asked what we can do to the oven we bought couple weeks ago and it started rusting. Avoid at all costs buying from here. They are extremely nice and polite when you are buying but extremely extremely rude if there is an issue and are not helpful at all!

Negotiable prices, great staff and awesome delivery people! Got a stackable washer and dryer from here as well as a stove. Same delivery guys for each and they were a pleasure. Managed to negotiate a great price, as well as a deal on delivery and removal of the old appliances. Convenient location, not much parking though. They also have a central warehouse with a larger selection.Update: I purchased a refurbished oven and stove. One of the elements sat lopsided and another had an arc and became a live circuit, which is very dangerous. It took weeks for a technician to get here, regardless of several phone calls. Furthermore, the technician took the corroded element and I didn't hear from him for weeks. I called numerous times and finally was assured he would call and provide new elements. The tech didn't call the day I was told but the day after. He brought 2 elements and one was too small and even more lopsided, the other was too small so he used one of my old ones... on top of that, the ones he brought were not new.I'm less than impressed.
