A filipino woman cashier is so unkind. NEVER answer at all times when customers say "hi". Please stop working as a customer service worker if you don't like your job.Is it really hard to answer? Say hi??

Their Restrictions when they flyer match are not posted anywhere in the store so you find out at the till you can’t get the flyer match. ! Insert colourful language hereBut the real reason for this post is their bakery is inconsistent .they used to sell large single chocolate chip cookies . Delicious better than Starbucks or second cup or Safeways .by leaps and bounds.the best Chocolate chip cookie you’ve ever had . I am a recovered sugar addict ( jokingly added) I have learned the hard lesson of moderation and allowing myself one of two of these special occasion treats a month . Instead of eating one everyday and wondering why I’m notLosing my gut. (Which is now gone because I don’t completely deny myself the occasional reward so I don’t binge on this kind of thing )so being able to buy one big delicious cookie a couple times a Month works . And Saveon has the best .There was always one waiting for me when I earned it and had waited for it . But not too long ago they didn’t have any and the. Again they didn’t have any. Then they did. Then they didn’t .Finally I talked to one of the bakers and they told me oh sure we can make sure we have them and the next few times I was at the store they had them. Yayyyy !!!Then they didn’t and didn’t and didn’t . Then I asked again and an employee went to the back and came back with a bag of the large cookies and I bought one .Then they changed the display for single selling baked goods . No cookies .But 5 kinds of doughnuts and three of something else but no chocolate chip cookies . Can anyone sense my frustration? ? and then today once again oh we didn’t make any today but I can make some tomorrow!I didn’t respond I was peeed off I got my kicking horse beans and went home to grind them . Later today I’ll go to second cup and get a sea salted chocolate chip cookie for three times the price. And I’ll just stop looking at Saveon because they are inconsistent and unreliable.I have also learned not to flyer match at Saveon anymore it’s not worth it either .Sincerely a sad and disappointedTimothie ?

This has been my go to grocery store for the past 10 years, and I have never been disappointed with the quality of the product, cleanliness, and friendliness of the cashiers.It’s not biggest store, but it’s in the good spot on a busy, 82nd street.I don’t think that bigger store is always the better. Especially when you’re shopping for groceries and your basket is already full, but then you have to drag it from one side of the store to another just to get that one item!They don’t have self checkout at this location, and I think that it might be useful at times when it’s rush hour.Otherwise, thumbs up to their team!

I went to the bakery and saw Monica in the cake and bakery section. She was decorating cakes so artistically and seemed passionate about her work. I enjoyed the excellent customer service and Monica's cake decorating skills. I even purchased a Halloween cake. I will definitely visit there again for future purchases and occasions.

Their vanilla birthday cake is sooooo good! Best grocery store cake I’ve ever eaten. And Dwane at the cash register was such a delight and so very kind!

I own a condo a block away, and have been shopping at this location since 2009. Today I decided I am done, and will go to 109, where I am treated like a civilized human. I am constantly followed by your security guards, and today the morning guy came in stood right beside me, watching me wait in a line with 7 people. Why ? Because I wear a jean jacket when I go there? On top of that, I was in line for so long, and only 2 cashiers on, I eventually just put my basket down and left. Lol, I am almost 50, and I know a downslide in a business when I see one. See ya.

Great place. Friendly staff. Hard-working for sure. Security dude is awesome and a funny guy haha ? does his job well and has his master's degree? He tells me aka hinting to me. He is still young spanking that monkey hahaha. Too much info for this guy but I couldn't resist laughing and telling him very good staying young ?

Went into saveon and bout milk and a large pack of mitchells bacon. I get to the till and the bacon is bleeding all over the counter. I ask him if they have a plastic meat bag, he says no they got rid of single use plastics, I said well I dont want blood all over my car he says to me get use to it. How frigin rude so I say dont u have bags just for meat so it doesn't bleed all over the place, he said no I said they have bags in produce and the bakery. He did not offer to help me in anyway. So after paying I took my bleeding bacon walked over to the bakery and got a plastic bag and put my bacon in it.... thought save on was Alberta proud you pay more cuz you get such good service what a joke. It was the Asian male with glasses that is always there. I was not impressed this is by no means customer service. It wasn't like there were NO bags he just didn't want to have to go out of his way to make my life alittle easier

Save on foods at the stadium location meat department need training in empathy towards seniors. Today an elderly parent got lost in your store and the woman working in the meat department viciously told my dad off. This was at 2 pm approximately today. Understand save on that people do get older and lose their directions in your store. Next to the meat department is a sign marked exit. The woman viciously attacked my dad as he thought it was the way out of the store. Save on teach your employees some manners and common sense when it comes to the elderly. A major fail in customer service!!

I waited for 3 seconds and a pharmacy member picked up the phone. She was very nice and got back to me really quick!Better than other pharmacies in town for sure!
