I have been banking with them for over 10 years, got them for my business and apparently my visa limit can be decreased without any update and they tell you go to the branch and figure out. worst business ethics i have ever seen. Please go bank somewhere else its not worth it and i will be moving my business somewhere else!!!

It’s ready hard for them to work as a teller. There was only one lady that was actually doing the work. Zero customer service. Lady that was helping me was trying to show me that it’s her money and I am begging her to give it to me.

It's a small stand alone bank by the recycling lot just by the mall. Some tellers are helpful others are punching the clock. ?

The staff here are extremely rude and instead of helping their customer who have been defrauded, they treat the customer like they are the criminal and send them out of the bank. Their customers cannot use the washroom while they are waiting to be served, Scotia bank's staff send their customers to use the SAFEWAY bathrooms.
This is a disgusting business. The manager was hiding in the back until the Paladin security arrived because the manager is a weasle and doesn't take care of business.
Palladin officers told me they have an enormous amount of complaints from other customers at this Scotia Bank.
UPDATE:
Since we had to leave this disgusting branch and go to another one (23 Ave Millwood mall) to get service the staff at Southgate branch blocked my new card that the Millwoods branch gave me. (I was cleared by Scotia Bank Fraud Dept. They said the fraud on my account was clearly done by professional fraudsters). Southgate Scotia Bank posted a nasty message against me and my mother who was trying to help me after they refused to acknowledge me when I tried to talk to them by myself. That Southgate manager is useless. He has lots of complaints against him and here's one more. My mother filmed and recorded the whole encounter and she's going to talk to her lawyer.

One of the worst experiences I had to deal with. when I walked in, a really sweet gentleman walked up and asked me if he could help. As I was explaining my situation to him, randomly a lady cuts me off and tells me to go wait in line. I was going to wait in line regardless. The man however was super polite and came back to reassure me. From here everything got worse. My wallet was stolen and I was leaving the country the next day and needed a replacement card. I don’t know what was hard about this. I’ve gotten my card replaced and it was never like this. I stood 30-40 mins for the lady to ask me absurd questions and looked lost herself. All I wanted was a replacement card. At the end she told me that this was going to take a long time and she doesn’t know what’s wrong. She told me she couldn’t get me a card and didn’t herself know why? I walked out with zero help or advice on what to do. I went to the tamarack branch and the staff there however automatically were able to help and advise me without any issues?

Worst customer service from a Assistant Manager ever, Harley Dechant was rude, disrespectful, and dismissive of my issue, sat at his desk and ignored my inquiries on how my account was changed without my knowledge did not offer any explanation and did not offer any resolution to the problem, this person has no business in customer service and I will be looking for a new banking institution.
