The service of two particular individual tellers is to say the least terrible and unprofessional. If making people wait for nearly half an hour waiting is customer service....I can't wait to have my folks account closed. It's unfortunate I have to take them to this bank.

Inexperienced and lack of professionalism. Was told to wait while manager is on lunch but, they take their sweet time and in the end could not help! What a joke and waste of time! Happen more than one time for different services.
