I know someone that is paying ridiculous bank fees at Scotiabank. They do not provide any real services...check out their hours... 9-3??? Do your research, open a no fee online account elsewhere
and save hundreds of dollars per year!

They like to take money on people's birthday specially ur last little bit money you have left to your name . Banking fees and monthly fees way to pricey after being a customer for many years you get treated poorly not very helpful they like to benefit for them self's and not help people when needed

I booked an appointment to talk to advisor, my appointment should be 11am-12pm. But due to some circumstances I arrived at 11:23am. Then the advisor said, he can't take me now because they only have 15 min. wait then they have to cancel the appointment. I read the email, no rules like that is written. I also tried to call the branch before coming to let them know that I will be late but the estimated time to take my call will be 20min. wait. So I arrive without them taking my call. Not knowing or without notice that they already call a different customer. Piece of advice, before scheduling other person, let the person that supposed to come that the appointment he/she/they reserve is already cancelled. Also, remind them about the rules before the appointment. After I leave the branch, they just cancelled my appointment. ?

Reviews speak for themselves do not waste your time with this branch very incompetent advisors And branch manager will waste your time save the headache and time go else where cause they don’t have a clue

This branch is terrible my cousin and is wife recently migrated here, I take them there to open account,and they could not get to open the account, we went to other branch and they where able to open the account, years ago my wife was defrauded,she had to pay back the money, she recently visited this branch only to find out that she couldn't open an account she explained what happen hoping the manager would understand ,she had to leave without getting to open the account, she was told she had to go to the Southgate branch where her account is

No star! But 1-star was the least option. Some teller are terrible not all.I did my deposit through ABM machine, my money disappeared without any deposit on my account, went to the teller and ask about my deposit and they are trying to cut the amount of my deposit money. MY OWN MONEY!! That teller doesn’t bother listening to me. She needs more training about CUSTOMER SERVICES.

I had to make a deposit of coins, and the bank manager told me they can't take the amount I was bringing in as it would cost the bank money to deal with them. This is not the first time I have delt with this. I find it absolutely crazy that a bank would not except money. I asked her if I could come back the next day and she said no....... lol what kind of a bank is this?

Harman (teller) was very polite and helpful to me. She guided me very well for my banking needs. She has definitely great customer service skills. Amazing service by her:-)
