Been dealing with this bank for a while now. Don't like giving a 1 because there are some good staff there. It's not like management would read this and try to change anything for the better anyways.
Speaking of the management that seems to enjoy withholding money on people's oaycheques that have been coming in with the same company cheque for over 2 years. It is the tellers choice and it's always the same person I witness holding people's money. He/They really seem to take pleasure in this.
The management quite obviously doesn't give a shit because of the location. So please leave so we can have someone that cares about the community.

Absolutely disappointed with this bank! I booked an appointment for 1:45pm to meet with someone to help me open up a account and potentially start an rrsp account because it came recommended. Waited 20 minutes and seen no one! I am 9 months pregnant and took time out of my day to make it in just to have my time wasted. Definitely will not be using this bank for the future!

Worst bank I’ve ever been with. Hours of operation are merely a suggestion, when they feel lazy they will just leave, constantly closed during “open” hours. Drive thru atm has no deposits so if you want to put money in you are screwed. I pay them $16 monthly and they cannot even show up for work. Looking at TD now

I absolutely love this branch !!! Kurtis is amazing I go in there constantly annoying him and he is always nice , helpful and smiles , even though he probably is annoyed with me he is always wonderful !! Thank you so much Kurtis !

You can’t call the branch. The toll free number that you wait 20-30 mins to speak to someone, transfers you over then hangs up immediately so you never get anyone. This branch supposedly got my visa a week ago but couldn’t bother to call and tell me. The customer service at this branch is the worst I’ve ever used and I’ve been to many Scotiabanks including 9 provinces in Canada, 26 states in USA and the 3 cities in the Dominican Republic. I feel so defeated whenever I have to go to this branch that I just expect poor service.

Had appointment to transfer funds. Never got transfered. Call to get sorted, lady never phones me back. Call again and set up apoontment on phone, they never call into the appointment...RBC here i come
