Sentinel Storage was the best place to temporarily 'park' my things until I situate in a new home. It was one of my best experiences! Orysia assisted me with all I needed to get done to store my things and complete the rental agreement. She was professional, responsive to my questions, and explained the process and documentation required to store my things in the rental unit facility. The storage area is safe, clean, and temperature-controlled. The process of storing my things was quick, easy and painless. Orysia is certainly one of Sentinel Storage's premier Ambassadors of Customer Service and deserves recognition for being such an exceptional employee! She "cares about the customer". Thank you!

I have recently needed storage for a short period. I called around and was amazed how frequently my calls were not returned or returned days later. Not the case with Sentinel Storage. The gentleman on the telephone was friendly and helpful and the staff at the location were fantastic to deal with. I recommend this loctto anyone on the South of Edmonton looking to be treated well and receive a professional experience. I will absolutely use them again the next time I need storage.
