Most of the workers are exceptionally friendly and eager to assist customers in finding what they need. However, some individuals display a level of immaturity in their comments. For instance, when a customer leaves the store without being acknowledged for their purchase, they remark, “Oh, another window shopper.” followed by laughter. This kind of behavior is quite unprofessional.

Best Sephora location in Edmonton, I had a problem with my foundation that couldn't be solved at two previous Sephoras, the girl who helped me unfortunately I don't remember her name was very friendly and helpful, thank you for your work.

Today, I visited SEPHORA with the intention of doing some shopping. Initially, I expected a warm and welcoming customer service experience. However, I was greeted with indifference instead. When I asked about certain products, Rafia responded rudely, which was far from the level of service I anticipated from such a reputable store. Thankfully, Rithani noticed my frustration and confusion. She stepped in, offering exceptional support, answering all my questions, and explaining everything in a calm and professional manner. Her patience and expertise truly made a difference in my experience.
I would give Rithani and Holly a strong 5/5 rating for their professionalism and exceptional customer service. Additionally, I would like to request the hiring manager to hire employees like Rithani and Holly.

Liliya and Lisa were really nice and tried to answer my questions. Liliya suggested me a cream from Juice beauty for my acnes. All together was a great experience because of these two.

Amazing crew, friendly and very well organized, a very good work environment and the clients notice it. Thank you for your attention. I found everything I was looking for. The quality of Sephora products is the best, I have my favorite brands of course. I always come back, in this or another locations.

There was a staff named Lulu S. She was so friendly and being super helpful. Especially when I required about product details and she was being so patient and professional about answering my questions. Excellent customer service! I will definitely come back and shop again!

Amazing customer service from the lovely Shasta only 3 weeks since she has been here,she has won my ❤️! Thank you for all your help today! I was in sephora this early afternoon and I had the best customer service from Melina, and Rithani both those ladies are fabulous! Great customer service from both of them.thank you for the amazing service you both gave me today! My only regret was i wish the store had my product but to be fair it was sold out all over! Very disappointing but hopefully I'll find something close to it!?????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
