I know absolutely nothing about make up, and went in to buy gifts for my niece. The person who helped me was cheerful, friendly and super helpful! Didn't make me feel out of place at all, and explained what I was getting. I walked in feeling overwhelmed and left feeling well treated and cheerful

Stop carrying Huda Beauty Products, a company that is political and biased. It’s an insult to customers to carry her products. Her comments on social media are completely despicable.

Everyone has been very helpful and knowledgeable when I've been here. Just a tip to Sephora, don't make your young associates have to police customers who are looking at products near the register (the impulse buy area). People are going to open boxes to see the product, smell stuff, etc before purchasing. So if that's not acceptable, put signs up instead of making employees have interactions that make everyone feel bad.

Very disappointed with one staff named reetu on this location. Never felt welcome after getting here for our online order. Not even one ounce of customer service. We told her that we spoke to someone about it because we did not have a qr code for our order and did not even bother to ask which staff was it. Staff like this will destroy the reputation of a store. We ended up talking to the staff that we talked to and at very moment it went smooth. Other than reetu every staff is great

I buy gifts for ppl here and there is like only 1 item I buy for myself, but EVERY YEAR I come for my birthday gift because why not get it if its offeree, but I never get it because I was born in December. I think it sucks.

I walked in today to do a return of a set of lipstick mini kit the thing is I was so polite after the associate start making fun with a laugh hahah no this fully used she called the manager beside her to show her they both start laughing I was in shocked the whole time because customers were watching how rude they are I didn’t mind the refuse of the refund because I work at customer I was mad by the behaviour and loud voice they speak to me in front of everyone disrespecting me instead of saying sorry was can’t I will never go to this location and I don’t recommended to anyone because this ruined my day

this sephora was very unwelcoming. it was difficult for me to get the attention of a worker. the second i did, they seemed uninterested and dismissed me very quickly. granted, i was not as dressed or made up as nicely as the others so that may be the reason why i was consistently ignored. i am a beginner with makeup and i needed help with finding a shade that matched me. i told a person that i struggled with finding where to start. i didnt catch her name but i was immediately redirected to another person (i think i was told it would be a person that would help at the beauty studio). she let me know it would be about a 5-7 minute wait. i said it was fine (truly it was okay with me). i patiently waited and went around the store to look around. it came about to 20 minutes and i was still standing at the corner of the store not knowing what to do. during this time the guard would continuously eye at me and discreetly follow me around whenever i walked behind a shelf. i was getting even more frustrated that ended up trying to figure out the foundation situation on my own. i bought one brush to make sure they didn’t think i was just loitering around or robbing them. it wasn’t even busy and there was many of them tbh at just walked by me. i have worked in the service industry for years so i was truly trying my best to be patient and give them that benefit of the doubt. won’t be visiting again.

If I could leave a 0 I would DO NOT ORDER FROM SEPHORA IF YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT i just lost a $220 package because delivery left it in the main lobby and not my apartment and they said delivery brought it to the apartment so they said im SOL my apartment is NOT THE LOBBY as the picture shows it was left. Save your $ go somewhere else

Bhavya was a godsend for me today. She had great personality, energy, knowledge and speed and helped me grab all the products I need with recommendations for the ones the location didn't stock as well. Hopefully I'll get to work with her again next time when i come in!

I came into the store looking for a lightweight foundation I could wear when getting my graduation photos done. I have no previous experience with makeup and I was roaming around the store aimlessly until Mimi asked if I needed help. I told her my situation and she knew exactly what to do. She started by asking if my skin was oily or dry (it’s oily) and she took me to Huda beauty’s foundations. She tried a couple shades and matched me rather well with the colour Crème Brûlée. Mimi made sure it wouldn’t look too heavy on me and that it addressed my oily face and matched my skin tone perfectly! After the foundation was selected she asked me if I needed anything else, like a blush or concealer. I have dark under eyes so she suggested a colour corrector by Huda beauty, which I unfortunately did not like, but the she shade matched me with the NARS concealer in Affogato and I loved it. The concealer worked really well to cover my dark under eyes, which I appreciated, and blended well with the foundation she helped me pick. She did such a great job that my friend, who was shopping with me, also asked Mimi for help finding a good shade match for her dry skin. Mimi also helped my friend find a near-perfect shade. Over all I had a great experience at this Sephora as it wasn’t terribly crowded at this location and, obviously, we were helped by such a wonderful person. If you are shopping here anytime soon you should look out for Mimi, she did so well and was extremely friendly and patient!
