aside from the obviously long wait time, everyone that helped me and my family were great. expect to be there anywhere from 2-5 hours depending on when you get there. the earlier, the better. we arrived at 9am and left just before 3pm with a guaranteed passport arrival in two weeks!

Excellent experience renewing my adult passport this morning. Got in line by 750 am. Individual service workers were escorting people to their stations by 8 am. I received professional, friendly, efficient service and was on my way in less than half an hour! Wow!

Perhaps if someone is looking to contact the SERVICE CANADA office for further information they should NOT look at SERVICE CANADA and instead be looking at SERVICE CENTER Alberta.
