Nightmare dealing with our mortgage at this branch.The financial advisor made MANY mistakes. Set up our mortgage for the wrong year, missed many paper works.Forgot to set up payments... headache after headache.Couldn't remember my name, and nothing was his fault, quickly blamed others involved.

I attempted to open a bank account here last year and they discriminated against me because I had a prior consumer proposal! They refused to log the refusal as a complaint and follow industry standards for accepting clients. I wouldn’t have thought twice about it until a friend pointed out that this selective process was illegal but the bank would “manage” it outside their system if they thought you didn’t meet their high standards. I was so shocked that such a community focused institution would be that discriminatory, all in all I guess they saved me wasting my money, time and energy on their bank. (I realize this is a credit union but when you act more like a bank, you get called a bank).

Maria is the only reason I'm not pulling the rest of my money out of the Servus. Already pulled a mortgage and most of my other accounts. Called twice today through the call center since you cant call the branch directly and had rude call takers and no response from the branch.

The service was fine but in the middle of rising COVID 19 numbers, its really dissapointed to see that 3/5 of the staff were not wearing masks. Four of which were having close conversations. Its unprofessional especially in a necessary service such as banking. I wear a mask for 10 hours a day, it's not that difficult. Do better servus!

They have some amazing staff there. I have been with them for over 10 years now. Now, during the pandemic, I was tasked by my practicum with calling around to banks to find out how to advise seniors on protecting their bank accounts while not being able to go in to their branches. I called all the major banks and then this credit union. Most of the big banks had no way to talk with a live person. Servus had a live person answering the phones and she helped me to develop a plan to help seniors. What an amazing bank!

Hardly any wait times, courteous and friendly tellers. David has been providing us guidance for the last two years and does a wonderful job!
