Wade Bilyk is FABULOUS!!! I can be high maintenance at times and Wade always come through for me ... fitting me in last minute, making queries to the right people within his branch and others to make things happen quickly.
I can't say enough good about Wade!!!!

I’ve banked with over 15 banks in my life and this is by far the worst bank in all of Canada and the United States.… Absolute horrible Bank. It’s constant issue after issue with them and they never have a remedy or fix. Their customer service is terrible at this branch as well and I cannot say enough bad things about this organization. Removing all of my funds and accounts first thing next week. They will no longer get a dime from me.

I cannot say enough good things about this Servus Credit Union, particularly Todd, the branch manager. He is kind and people focused and treats clients and their needs with the utmost professionalism and compassion (we have watched his interactions with not just us, but many other clients, while we were at the branch). After an initial meeting with Todd, my partner and I moved accounts, investments and mortgages over to Servus from our bank and every interaction with staff from this branch has reenforced our decision. If you’re looking for a financial institution that cares and treats you like a human being whose needs are of value and puts customer service first, highly recommend this Servus branch!

Was asked multiple times by the teller if I wanted to get a quote for their insurance services which I declined each time only to get the quote anyways.If I say I don’t want a quote, I don’t want one

I've had a few appointments with Todd and every time he's been extremely helpful with getting my situation sorted out. He's helped turn a stressful situation into a successful one. I'm thankful for him and his team's help at the Millwoods Servus Credit Union Branch.

They have only one person there so you have to spend 1/2 hour or more to make a transaction.They do not care about customers.Do not go there!

What's with 24 access that isn't?No signs to tell you when the card slider access will actually work. I'm off work at 6AM and really tired of driving to a so called 24 hour access branch only to find it isn't.Quit listing them as 24 branches if they aren't.....Ok wait there is a sign posted on the second inside door, impossible to be seen from the outside stating that the door will be opened at 6AM. Which I saw when a security company person finally showed up to open the door at 6:1.8
