our company has been member and business accounts holder for decades. The commissioner in oath refuse to provide a witness as commissioner for a business.account related witness service which all other banks do. I vestigation is required.

Horrible bank. Never has staff. Always have to wait minimum 20 minutes just to speak to a teller. Hire more staff.

Went in yesterday at 3:00p.m. and stood for 15 mins. Only seen one lady working with a couple sitting down. A fellow staff member walked past, no "be right with you", or any response. Finally walked out. Too bad, it as it used to be one of the better branches. Sad to see the credit union turning into just another bank.

The raging incompetence is outstanding - I've had no functional credit card for 20 days. I've called 15 times. They are painfully useless. They've suggested to reset my pin thrice, I've driven to multiple locations, I'm waiting gas and gaining late fees on past due payments because I physically cannot use my card. Servus should be paying for my car insurance at this point, as its 20 days later and I still cannot pay it. They never call back when they say they will, NEVER allow them to suggest a call back. They will also transfer you and you'll get disconnected half the time and not get a call back. NEVER bank here.

I am in a tight position to renovate my house. However, my advisor did not consider this as an "emergency." Hence, I was not allowed to redeem my GICs. This isn't meeting the needs of the client.

Excellent service! Wen is a very friendly, committed and helpful financial advisor. She agreed to see us without any prior appointment when the request was made by a nice teller at another branch on a Saturday. She took her time to provide sufficient information to make the right choices. She made Servus desirable!

Horrible customer service, Servus advertises about customer service, but never actually delivers it. The tables in front of each kiosk are so big, that I can’t reach the counter. 1/10 service. Covid-19 overboard.
