Watch your lottery tickets! I asked for the classic pack which is $10 and I got one ticket without the extra but I paid $10 but the value is $9. They are pocketing money!!!

The lady at the desk this afternoon she had long black hair and was skinny. Kept asking me for money for better. I gave her 100 plus I won’t 8.00 on the machine. Then she took it from the remaining. And only gave me 5.00 agree she told me I gave her 80 the 20.00 was in her hand. I would check on this. My name is celina and I work next door to the bingo Kensington and not sure there was a the girl with black hair and a guy working. I won’t go back now. Sorry.

The employee charged me 6 bucks for an energy drink even though the price said 3.49. Pretty sure she did it on purpose because as soon as I left she opened the register and took money from it.

Stole 20.00 in fuel, went in a paid with card, went back to put in gas, took nosel out of pump #1, put in car and it told me to put hose in car ,it was in the car so I put my hand on the the holder to reset but it cut out, went back in to the station to ask her to reset the pump she told me I lost my money, no gas, but they got my money, never going back there, went there for years....

I had a wonderful experience at the Shell gas station thanks to Komal’s excellent service. he greeted me warmly, processed my transaction quickly, and even helped me find the right motor oil for my car. His friendly attitude and willingness to assist made my visit effortless . It’s great to see such dedicated employees thank you, Komal

Every single time I go here for gas, there is never ever any receipt paper at the pumps, and absolutely no windshield cleaning fluid/water in the squeegee buckets. It was never like that a good year or two ago. How lazy can the staff be! Something so simple to do for your customers, and you can't even do it.
