Never go here, I called if their slushie machine is working because it frequently never works and an foreign lady literally hangs up the phonelike have you not ever spoken English before like I get you don't have to be fluent in English but at least speak a little. As I went by to check it literally never is operating and the lady straight up yelled at me and forced me out of the store.

NEVER GO HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!I would love to speak to the owner of this place as the guy working here named Hassan just took 60 dollars from me that he can't figure out how to refund me back.I paid for gas. The hose didn't work so I asked for a refund for the gas but instead of refunding me he charged me 30 dollars again!!!!I am furious about this and demand an answer

Went for a pack of smokes..apparently it t happens here a lot. So I paid it went thru on my end but they didn’t receive it!? Paid again and it worked on both ends. Was promised a refund but still haven’t received it. The cashier said it happens a lot there. I’ve never seen or heard of this before. Pay cash when coming to this dump!

Tried to get two small Monster drinks because they were two for $4. Scanned up as over $6. When I told the cashier that I thought they were cheaper, she told me it was the bigger ones that were that price. When I went back to switch out for the bigger cans, the sign was straight up said the two for $4 was for the smaller cans.Someone also needs give the cashier a hug, because, on top of just not knowing what she was talking about, her attitude was miserable. I get it, working customer service isn't the best, I've been there. It doesn't excuse the cold, snotty way she acted, though.

Debit and credit was down and the cashier didn't want to make a $2 gas purchase on cash (that's all I had in cash). She told me I had to use the ATM, which cost me $6 to use ($3 from the ATM and $3 from my bank). Cashier didn't show any empathy for the inconvenience. And when I pulled out my debit card out of habit, after already giving her the cash that I spent a lot of money to withdrawal, she made a comment that made me feel embarrassed. After pumping my gas I saw that I was less than a quarter of a litre short for the Airmiles bonus. As she walked by I commented on it and she said that I should have gone to Costco instead. I had 4 km of gas in the tank when I pulled in to begin with, which I told her when I originally handed her the $2 of cash.I realize it wasn't the cashier's fault that debit and credit went down. And I know from experience how frustrating it is when that happens at such a high traffic store like this. But customer services rises and falls on the attitude of the customer service representative. It was my fault I didn't fill up sooner, carry more cash on me, or do better math... but a little empathy could have changed the way I felt about this whole experience.I will be going out of my way to avoid this location for a while.

This Shell has THE BEST slushes/slurpees, the downside is, half of the time you go for one, the machine is broken down or not on.

The worker shut the pump off while I was filling a jerry can in the box of my work truck because she thought it was unsafe, and refused to turn it back on after I explained to her how ridiculous that was. I will never come here again what a waste of my time.

Nice people that work here. Just don’t expect lottery sales when you come. 3 out of the last 4 times I was here, in the middle of the day, the lottery is not for sale. They tell me it’s because they need to count the tickets in between shifts. That’s fine but when it affects the ability for customers to buy tickets, you lose business. Maybe count lottery before you let the other guy leave for the day?

Almost everytime I come here, they have the door locked. I understand they probably work alone and need bathroom breaks, but leave a note on the door. After a certain hour they always have the door locked so you need to go to the small window if you want something. I work in retail.. if your customer can't see their options, they won't buy more. Therefore you are loosing business.I just went there to buy smokes, at 7pm. Door was locked, nobody was around inside, and no note on the door. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere
