Went there at 9:50pm to use the BMO bank machine door was locked guy was hard to understand through the speaker he gave me some lame excuses the machine wasn't functioning if you don't let customer in after a certain time why stay open I can go into the circle K at any time with no issues I'll never stop in this shell again

Sign says 2/5 but apparently this brand of Gatorade doesn’t qualify and the guy helping me was on the phone and non existent when I asked him about it .

Why can't i use ten dollars air miles points for a purchase less than 10$ and relinquish the residue?Shell corp. told me because the POS system wont allow it. Honestly go elsewhere. This is no answer and I feel like this is their way of forcing an up-sale for additional cash because PC OPTIMUM doesn't do business this way. Rav was very argumentative when i wanted to use 10$ air-miles points for a 9.50$ purchase because she would only accept my points for purchase if the purchase was over 10$. I refused the purchase due to feeling like it was forced upselling and went to another shell where they were nicer but the product was more expensive where i didn't have to spend more than 1$ to have my needs met. NOTE; This is not my first bad staff member experiences at this location and wanted you to know that their Service levels have really gone down. I stopped at this store on July 10 at 11 pm. The door was locked, which is totally fine I understand the need for security late at night. When the lady at the cash register finally looked up from her phone I saw her push a button which I thought would unlock the door. But instead she says ‘what do you want’ and looks back at her phone. I tell her I’m here to buy smokes and when she looks up from her phone again I see her push a button and I think she’s letting me in, no, instead she asks me what kind. I tell her and she begrudgingly gets up off her seat to look for the smokes. I’ve never dealt with something like this before and I was completely confused and irritated so I walk away.I understand the need for security but I’ve never been locked out of a store before ever. If your process is to make customers place an order over the intercom then it should have been explained to me and I would have understood. Nothing was explained and she acted like I was bothering her. I wanted more than smokes, I wanted some snacks too. Is a customer expected to make a choice over the intercom? And how does somebody pay without being allowed in the store?If you there’s no safe way to be open and allow customers in your store then you shouldn’t be open and waste people’s time.I used to be a frequent customer at this store but will not be returning. I don’t know if this is store policy or just a lazy, rude employees choice but either way it was completely ridiculous.I do not recommend this store, don’t waste your time. Go somewhere that they will let you in and greet you when you do walk in.

Go anywhere else!! Worst gas station ever! Something is wrong with the "pay at the pump" function of pump 1. Jimmy, the cashier, says, "if you say so." when I tell him. Two cards rejected at pump but work inside? That's a problem.

I just tried to get gas at the Shell station on 170th Street by Mayfield Common; and was refused service even though my tank was empty, my gas light was on and it is -33 degrees outside. There were other cars filling up at the time and I was told there was no Gas… I was paying cash for the gas at the time and I was refused service I can only say that this was discrimination, due to my experience I ask that everyone boycott this service station to let them know this will not be tolerated in Canada.

I have been going to your location in the morning really regularly lately and the girls working in the morning are amazing However the guy who was working Sunday Aug. 28th was one of the rudest employees I've met at this location and honestly if I go there while he's working I'm not even going to buy anything like I usually do because I almost broke down after how rude this guy was I just wish I asked his name so I could bring it up to you guys

Won 50 on my lotto max guy behind counter Mr sighn was rude Right off the hop proceeds to cash out his till then tells me he has no cash in the till that the shift cash out was just completed. I asked what I was supposed to do about that? I asked why he had left him self no money. Pulls out his wallet and proceeds to toss money at me ...... won't be back ✌️

I fell off my bike and was bleeding out from my foot nearby. The beautiful attendant working was so nice and kind, and helped me with first aid. I didn't get her name but please thank her for me. I really appreciate her help. Bless you, you kind hearted soul!
