Door and website clearly states 24/7 when I stopped to grab a drink on the way to work the door was locked and the worker was just looking at me through the window refusing to open. To whoever runs this place your paying this guy to just sit there.

At night you get to play the game of how long it will take the cashier to stop pretending not to notice you and hear you knocking on the window. They regularly run out of all the flavors of mountain Dew but regular and take 2 weeks or so to restock. They regularly run out of popular rockstar flavors and take 6 weeks to 3 months to restock them. The laziness is extreme. I don't know how you expect to make money this way. You're losing money when people have to go somewhere else and they're frequently having to do so.

We went into purchase some drinks and the girl couldn't even get off of her phone for a few moments to serve the customer. Customer service has gone to the way of the dodo. They are not cleaning the snow from their lot either so we almost slid into the pump area.

Parking lot and sidewalks very poorly maintained and staff was an extremely rude liar. I will push my car across the country before stopping here ever again.

Horrible customer service. Greeted cashier, ignored me completely. Pumps don’t have tap to pay still.

Someone without a placard is always parked in the handicap spot for hours at a time, guessing it’s an employee. Not a great look when there’s literally only 3 spots and some of us actually need the closest one.
Edit: It is an employee's, it's always the same person working when the car is parked there. All of the spots are so close to the building, why can they park 10 ft farther and let people with mobility issues use the actual accessible spot?

Very few buttons to push at the pump, but it’s still the same old story. They say they only charge what you actually pump, yet days later my credit card still shows the $250 pending hold. How convenient.
They do have hands-free pumping and a short video before you even select $250, but the question remains: why pull out the full amount in the first place?
When are these gas stations going to learn? Keep it simple. Don’t freeze all of our money, let us pick our amount, and do it quickly.

Terrible service, cashier doesn’t say anything and sometimes I would show up and the doors are locked with no sign… stood there for 20 minutes once.

The cashier guy was so busy with his phone, he took so long to hand me over my item after my transaction was approved. It was about around 7:30 pm and very poor customer service 👎👎

I lost my Amazon package because the seller didn’t let me in at 10:20 PM. However, I used to pick up packages there until 11:00 PM, as I work every day from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM!

(nov.12,2024 morning shift)i use my shell app to pay my gas but it did not print my receipt outside,when i went inside to ask for my reprint the cashier got irritated because she need to do something instead of just sitting down.she never did anything already throughout the transaction yet got irritated for asking only my reprint.

It just happened today, I really need to use the bmo machine, and the guy there won't allow me to get in, I'm a woman with a car. When I asked why, he said to avoid stealing. He thinks I will steal anything inside of the store when literally I have money in my hand that needs to deposit it for emergency. I'm alone, I don't mind if the cashier is a girl, you know. What an idiot. Is it because I'm filipina, he thinks I'm a beggar? Stupidity. I was begging and saying it's emergency.

Coffee was so terrible I threw it out. It was so bad I wondered if it was water they left in the carafe overnight and the attendant didn't care enough to stop me from pouring it.
Big language barriers with most staff.
Their debit went down for a week and staff insisted it worked every time.
