A good store, with friendly staff, but I often come here for the Amazon Locker, and the poor mobile data signal here makes it difficult to connect to the locker. Providing public Wi-Fi would help with this problem.

Very very bad.. stopped by to get a coffee as am doing every day with other shell stations.. was shocked with dirty coffee dispencer and the cashier add 1$ on the price.. am always buying it at 2$.. everywhere with shell.. I left my reward card with him as i will not use it anymore.. so bad

We stopped in to get a car wash. We bought a basic for $12.99 . From start to finish was about 3-4 minutes. The car looked like it was washed with a garden hose. Very little pressure and the wash was not much better then when it went in. Waste of money and time.

Needed gas so I looked up prices on Google Maps. Most places were $1.40, but this station was $1.36. Drove past multiple places that were $1.40 as advertised, but when I got to this location, the actual price was $1.479! Needless to say, I went down the road to the Petro Can that was only $1.359!
Don't trust their prices on Google! They lie!

Just came here at 4:30 in the afternoon and they are locked and closed, no sign saying 'why', nothing. Other customers are also going to the door and it's locked. It's Saturday afternoon......

Won't be coming here anymore. Bought a big daddy cookie it was advertised as $2.39 and rang up as $2.99 plus tax came to $3 +. When I asked the employee why the advertised price isn't the proper amount he had no reason to give. This store gives false price advertising. Instead of bothering with a refund I've just decided to never return. Dishonest store, from a multi billion dollar company!!! Shame on you shell, as if you aren't rich enough, pray on the poorest in society.

The girl working September 18th was very rude, I was in the store for only a couple minutes trying to get into my Shell app when she asked if I could “make it quick.” I was the only customer in the store, and they were not closing soon, so I’m not sure why I was rushed. I will be going to the 7-11 down the road from now on.

I was at the station several times in the last few months. Each time I try to buy a gift card, I am told that gift cards are working. Shell has a promotion on certain gift cards where you get bonus air miles. But gift card activation is always not working at this Shell station.

The place was still meant to be open but they locked the doors an hour early. We were waiting for him to see us (in the freezing cold) and when he opened it he was very rude and asked us what we wanted. Overall the customer service was awful.
