Poorly managed and maintained, does not improve over the years. On a wet slushy dirty day all the windshield washer fluid bins are completely empty where 4 other users plus me pumping gas were looking for at least one that has some to clean our windows and head/rear lights. Inside the convenient store is dirty. Do not recommend to use the bathroom as it is shared with Tim Hortons so it often creates a long line up. Car wash is either out of service or does not clean well after a long line up. Gas price is usually set higher than other Shell locations, let alone competitors. May as well go somewhere else.

worst shell ever, employee who was a grown man BTW became rude over a dollar i gave him with a little dirt on it. i had just received said dollar for my change back at a store and he said we arent here to clean ur coins and then proceeded to clean his hands as if the coin had a disease, grow up man. he also quickly rushed me out and said go after i gave him the same energy back.

Worst experience ever, wait for 20 minutes for my turn and the washing machine having problem, the employee told me to get out to restart the system, but I need to wait at the end of the waiting lane again.
I asked for refund but it is not available, and they gave me a receipt that can wash my car in this exact location only, which I am only passing by but not live around here. It will take me 30 minutes just for the free car wash that I deserve.

This lady charge me twice,first it was approved in the system and told me it’s not.Then I pay for the second time she say it will be refunded just wait for a while.Then the next day I come she will not refund my money.It was deducted in my bank account twice need to wait for the manager till friday to think that she is the one charging me twice.When I get my money back will never back to this location never again.

Stopped at the Shell in the West End—minor issue off the top: my phone tap wouldn’t go through on debit. Had to insert my card, which took a couple tries. What really bugs me, though, is the preset gas options: $100, $200, or “Other.” If you want anything under $100, you’ve got to manually hit “Other” every time. Why not offer more realistic presets?
One plus: they’ve got the hands-free latch on the pump handle, which I appreciate.
There’s a Tim Hortons on-site too, but I’m not really a Tims guy. Overall, the experience here was just so-so.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATIONS CAR WASH, due to the lack of respect and customer service provided when the car wash stopped halfway above my vehicle at the middle stages of cleaning. I went back in to simply ask to get a ticket to wash off the remaining soap and was disrespected and turned away after spending 20$ for the premium + car wash. The worker there went outside to visually inspect my vehicle and kept telling me the vehicle was “clean enough” even though it didn’t finish its complete stages of cleaning.
Will be telling everyone I personally know not use ANY services from that location to prevent them from ever having to deal with that specific employee.

I had the option to pay at the pump shortly before midnight unlike their competitor. I will say that the gas was about ten cents more expensive than others in the area.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the condition of the windshield washer service at the Shell gas station near my residence. Unfortunately, every time I visit this location to fill up gas and use the windshield washer, the fluid and squeegee are excessively dirty.
This issue is particularly problematic during this season, as melting snow causes windshields to accumulate dirt and grime. Instead of cleaning the windshield, the washer solution and squeegee leave streaks and residue, making visibility worse. Additionally, the presence of sand and debris on the squeegee poses a risk of scratching the glass, which could eventually lead to costly windshield replacements.
I kindly request that your team regularly maintain and clean the windshield washer fluid and equipment to ensure they are effective and safe for customers to use. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.
