Those workers are unbelievably crazy and have not consideration to the customers. This place should be close . I was knocking to the doors while the worker was inside and he just ignored me. It’s was in the normal operation time. It’s was 11 pm

Service is okay. Gas prices are often amongst the highest around. Car wash is almost always broke.

Horrific customer service. I was blamed because my pump wouldn't work. She couldn't get my coupon too work also blamed me for that. I prepaid which was unfortunate because I wanted my money back too go somewhere else for my gas.
Sigh. I will never return here for ANYTHING.

Asked for the $15 car wash and was charged for the $17. Cashier clearly did not listen. As for the car wash itself, what am absolute waste of money. There was still grime all over my entire car, but I could literally wipe off grime after I left the carwash. Don't waste your money on the car wash, just get your gas and leave this station behind.

Visited this Shell on July 26th and Navjot gave me the friendliest experience I've had at a gas station. Super sweet woman and 11/10 sales woman!! 5 stars but wish I could give 6 stars because her customer service was the best I've ever had at a convenience store!!

My husband and I are regular customers at this Shell branch (1968 Millwoods Road) for years and have always appreciated the friendly staff—until tonight.
I dropped by around 8:29 PM to check my lotto tickets. After using the self-check machine, I lined up at the cashier. There was a new staff I hadn’t seen before, and she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She gave me attitude, made faces, and sighed loudly like I was bothering her just for being there.When I called her out on it, she replied sarcastically and kept talking back. I told her I’d report this to Ruel, because the rest of the employees here are always kind and respectful—she clearly is not. Customer service matters, especially when you’re in the business of dealing with people every day. I hope management addresses this, because this kind of attitude drives regulars like me away. The name on her name tag says NAV.

I have a lot of friends from this station, especially Juno, Roel, Juancho and those indian guys, they are so nice to their customers, they always greeted their customers with a smile, I don't know why, there are some customers who have problems that brings to this station/store, probably just needs attention...too bad, they aren't getting it... I always bet on this store and do my car wash as well, but during this time, the car was is always closed, I hope the management is doing something about it...poor maintenance though of the equipment.

Bought a bag of chip this afternoon and Juan was on duty and I heard the customer in front of me in the counter complaining to him about their carwash that his vehicle is not being cleaned by the machine and so I asked if something is wrong about their carwash and Juan said that he got lots of complaint about it because most customers are not satisfied of the carwash service. Seeing the previous review of sounds like a 'RUDE' customer aka MJ RUB, why is he blaming on Juan? he couldve get in touch with the store manager and explain what happened (take pictures for sure) and maybe you should just stick to a self-serve car wash so you dont have to complain but to your self. As for the store owner, you should take action fast or close the carwash and get it service if you recieve lots of complaints so that your worker will not get blame for it specially now that the weather is getting warmer. Juan seems nice and friendly unlike other store that they dont even entertain you or offer something else to buy. Cheers!

Juancho was very helpful when I went to pick up my Amazon parcel. He has an excellent knowledge in IT,he help us go through the amazon app., he is really a big asset to the company. He works for the Shell but he still offer his help when we went to pick -up my amazon order located inside the store. Thank you so much Juancho!!!?
