I don't think they ever put receipt paper in their gas stations. Need to go inside, no matter what pump I use. Pure laziness.

I came out for a cash wash because the coop carwash was broken this guy called ASGHAR, showed him that the car wash did not clean my car and I’m going to upload a picture of my receipt and a picture of my car being dirty even after paying $18 for the car wash and he was so rude to me and he was patronizing me and constantly was acting like I’m getting a free car wash out of this horrible experience no wonder that their ratings are so down KEEP YOUR CAR DIRTY FOR A DAY OR TWO DO NOT COME HERE FOR A CAR WASH

Went to this shell at 1030 closes at 11 the door was locked the lady saw me and didnt let me in. Tried the door 3 times and knocked and she was theee looking at me. So rude and terrible to customers.

This gas station has gone downhill in the last couple months. It used to be the one I always went to since it’s by my house however, the pumps never work. Two times this week the pumps haven’t worked and tonight the worker left his shift while none of the pumps were working with no signage for people. There were 3 of us attempting to use different pumps and no signs left up to deter people from trying. The store is always closed after a certain time and the staff never come to the window and are always in the back leaving customers to go to a different station.

I usually come here for gas and a car wash but as of today, I will be moving to another location. Why doesn’t management have more than one person working at a time? I was stuck at the car wash because the code given to me was invalid and I waited 20 minutes for your one employee to get out of the bathroom so that she could argue with me about the car wash code not working. People were waiting in line and eventually she gave me a code but told me that you guys don’t usually give new codes to customers? Might want to rethink that as all of your business will go to another car wash that gives out new codes without any problems (like coop across the street from you). My business is never coming back here again.

Actually the worst car wash/ gas station. can they please change the management at this location. I selected the car wash this time and it didn’t even charge me, I drove in line waited just to realize the 10 dollar selection wasn’t working on the screen. Wasted so much time again?? I don’t get why there’s always some kind of issue here.

I regularly go to this location for gas and car washes. The last two times I purchased the Single Ultimate+ Car Wash I got ripped off. The tire wash didn’t go off, and a bunch of things that it claims to have included in this package. The only thing that that it did was the Presoak Solution, Rinse and Dry. They are just stealing your money here. Don’t go to this car wash. You go talk to the people inside and they just tell you to come the next morning to talk to the manager. Who has time for that? And when you call it just goes to voicemail. If you do use this car wash make sure you are recording the car wash from inside your car so you have proof of it not working properly!

Just used the Shell app to have an “Ultimate” car wash. It’s WORSE after the wash than before! Absolutely disgusting! This is not my first problem with this car wash - it’s often not working, but this is HORRIBLE and I will never return.

This place is very unprofessional, staff always on phone, never say hello, moody and annoyed when asking for anything behind the counter. Older gentlemen who works Sunday dayshift is the absolute rudest person every time I go in there, at first I thought he was having a bad day, but it’s literally every single time. If you don’t like your job, just quit!
