Out of being here 7 of the last 10 times there has been a sign saying back in 10 or 15 mins. Hire more people so you have an attendant at the till at all times. Going to petro Canada from now on. And your airmiles program sucks.

This location needs to get its pumps fixed. I've only come here twice and both times I had to nearly fight the pump. Constant 'chip error, remove card' messages and when I do manage to pay, the pump acts like I haven't payed and won't let me pump any gas. Fix your systems! You are a major gas corporation, I know damn well that the Shell company has the funds to do so!

Went to gas up at 10:40pm but was told the pumps are closed automatically?? Then why have 11pm as your closing time?? Ridiculous.

I came here because the price on Google said its 1.28 but it was 1.48. I know it's not a big change but I wish the price on here was right. I drove an extra 3 minutes to get cheaper gas but instead it was a waste of time and money.

Wretched service, bought a 20 dollar vape that stopped working less than a minute into using it, the coils wouldn't stop burning even while not using it. The employee there said it's supposed to do that, as if vapes are supposed to burn themselves to a crisp before you even get 10 puffs out of it.
They denied me a refund, even after showing him the vape malfunctioning. Really hope their store gets trashed for being so scummy to everyone

Gone are the days of professionalism. The guy that served me (Faiz) didn't once say a single word to be becsuse he was busy talking on the phone..and it was on bloody speaker phone as well ffs! Personal calls on personal time.If you have time to lean you have time to clean!I've literally never encountered so little customer service while buying something from someone in customer service....wow, just wow.5:45pm(ish), March 11th, 2024.
