Long story short. Went into car wash and it closed the doors on me and quit working. Had to finally get out and go through the back room where they keep the wash equipment to let them know. I asked if they would upgrade my car wash because of all my trouble they did not.

Freaking disgusting pump. We were running out of gas and we tried at 3 pumps. NO GAS CAME OUT. Its the worst pump service ever. Hated it !!!!

horrible customer service. I’ve been to this location multiple times and can’t think of a single good experience with staff. Every time you get to the window, it takes several minutes for someone to come to you and when they eventually do, it takes several more minutes to order something extremely basic, and they almost always have a disrespectful attitude. Somehow no one working here knows a single item in stock. Tonight was probably my last straw with this location. Cash register was left completely empty while I waited for service for at least 10 minutes. Staff member occasionally came out of the back room, make direct eye contact with me, then went straight back to the back of the store. For somewhere that’s supposed to be a convenience store, it’s not very convenient to be forced to wait outside in the cold

No available bathroom plus no cleaning fluid to wash windows, -30 with frozen water to wash vehicle windows. Poor service for the traveler

Definitely sucks when you need to use a washroom and they close doors at 10pm. And no one's allowed in at all so business' is through a small cubby and other than that it is very well managed and has super kind staff working there.
