It's a small store but with cleanliness and good staff. The guy name Arun was very polite and gentle. Our phone wasn't working he helped us to locate the location we heading to. Appreciate the service.

The cashier Rajvir Kaur has zero manners and absolutely no respect for customers. This isn’t the first time — I came here a month ago and she was just as rude back then. Clearly, nothing has changed. I’ve seen other people complain about her too, so it’s not just me. It’s ridiculous that management still keeps someone like this working here. Terrible customer service —

Very rude and unprofessional service by Rajvjir. I also noticed other reviews mention the same issue repeatedly about her, so it seems to be a pattern. It’s surprising that Shell hasn’t taken any action to address this behavior. If this is how they choose to treat customers, I’ll be escalating the matter further beyond just leaving this review.”

I had a really disappointing experience at this Shell gas station. The staff member named Rajvir was extremely rude and unprofessional. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable with how I was treated. Customer service should be better, especially when people are just trying to go about their day. Definitely won’t be coming back.

One star because can't give a zero star rating today i visited there , terrible staff very rude behavior and doesn't even know how to treat customers. Visited before also every person working there does the same thing . Did not even asked about Airmiles and AMA . Terrible experience .

Drove out of my way to this location and the sign on the door showed employee was in the car wash. Waited for over ten minutes and ended up having to leave.

I come here frequently because the location is very convenient and the car wash price is great for a quick soap and rinse. However recent experiences will have me going out of my way to avoid this place. The cashiers are beyond rude and condescending. The ticket machine wasn’t working today and the girl at the counter told me it was my fault for not being in the right place for the “sensor”. There is no sensor, it’s an old machine with a big yellow button to print a ticket. I watched 3 more people after me come up and fail to get a ticket with no help from the attendant. The convenience is not worth the unreliability and rudeness.

WORST CAR WASH I HAD EVER SEEN INMY LIFE. IT IS NOT COIN OPERATED AND THEY CHARGE YOU FROM THE SECOND YOU ENTER THE DOOR. I USUALLY WASH MY CAR FOR $10 AND I WENT INSIDE AND THEY CHARGED ME $30 FOR FEW SECONDS SCAM SCAM. ALSO THEY TAX YOU ON CAR WASH WHILE OTHER CAR WASHES ARE TAX INCLUSIVE. CAR IS ALSO NOT WORKING PROPERLY ONLY SOAP IS COMING OUT NO WASH NO RINSE AND VACUUM WAS TOTALLY WORST NEVER COME HERE IN MY LIFE

Came to wash car on September 13, 2024 at 9:55pm. Shell employee refused service, saying he was closing up for the night, however, hours of operation state till 11pm. Must be in a rush to go home. Can’t be bothered to worry about the customer.
