Went to this shell location at 11:30 pm. Not only did I stand outside waiting and watching two employees a man and a lady just sitting in the office talking and laughing as I watched through the little window finally they came over and I needed a small jerry can of gas and was at first told they wouldn’t accept my cash. Cash is all I had on me. After basically telling them a couple times over finally they allowed the cash. Since when can we not pay with cash? Are they getting that lazy and dictating what or when they wanna do something. Doing cash out at end of shift is part of your job so what you have to count some extra cash I was very unhappy with the employees that night at that location

If I can give 0 or negative stars, I would. I went tothis station and the door was closed with a sign to use the pay window but nobody was on the pay window. I waited for 10 mins and it was -12 and nobody was in the till at 9:10 pm. There were 3 of us that was waiting. Pay at Pump was not working yet no one to complain in the store since nobodywas there. The door sign says they closes at 11:30, yet it was only 9:10 and there was nobody in the store. You guys should change your closing time earlier than 11:30 pm if nobody is gonna be in the till.

Went in today at 2pm. I was told to wait 2 to 3 mins as it was shift change and she was cashing out. Worker then proceeds to continue her phone conversation as the line grew to 5 people long. After 5 minutes, she decides to process my purchase. From what I could see, there was no other worker there for shift change.

Store allows you to collect air miles but you can't redeem them. Employee says owner will not allow customers to do so. Will not coke back here again.

Poor Customer service! Was at the till, the phone rings and the guy answered the phone and walked away answering the questions about how much is gas at the station! Deal with your customer in person first!
