Was going to gas up here and the time is 9.18pm. They are close at 11pm. I wanted to wash my hand and buy a drink before I gas up. The door is lock and the teller tells me for security reasons I cannot let you in.
Seriously, im in uniform and drove a company truck. A very reputable company btw.
I questioned his decision as to why I was not allowed in. I waited to see if he let's someone else in and low and behold he allowed this 👳🏾♀️ in.

Very disappointing experience. I stopped to refuel and noticed that none of the pumps had a squeegee on windshield cleaning station available. This is a basic service that customers expect at any gas station, especially from a well-known brand like Shell. Maintaining these essentials shows respect for your customers’ safety and experience. I won’t be returning to this location.

Everything at the pump worked as expected. Did not go into the convenience store. Station was clean and tidy.

been here many times do fill up gas or buy something from inside and the workers are always working outside and locking the gas station while open hours and im very patient yet 15 minutes still outside waiting for the employees to unlock the gas station they have no respect for this customers don't recommend coming i wont be coming back for sure.

Everytime i come i find the employee working outside and closes the inside and do not help even if im patient. You have to respect the customers. Im never coming here in my life .

Stopped here on my way to come back Calgary today around 9:30am. The washroom is very clean and all the dispensers were newer, working properly and full. I brought a few items in the store, and the man name was Haresh behind the counter was very friendly and polite. I will absolutely be stopping here more often.Thank you!
