Ive never receive or get credit for the bonus airmiles promo at this location all the time only the regular airmiles. . won’t be going to this location anymore even it’s closer to me. If you’re not participated on the bonus airmiles promo, why don’t you just posted a sign to indicate that!

AFTER 10PM customers are not allowed in store.
CAHSIER HANDED ME MILK WHICH EXPIRES IN 2 DAYS.
PURCHASED MILK on dec 02 expires dec 06.
i also filled survey is shell and she also didnt asked me airmiles.
employee was rushing to end her shift.
worst service.

On Nov 01,approx 1630 hrs i took a car wash(Ultimate) which well didn’t well. The car was still not clean so went inside to see cashier. There was a skinny Asian male who came outside to check car’s condition and agreed that it didn’t clean so he took pictures of the car and i as we went inside the store to get the rewash thing , there was another Asian male and he told me that i need to rewash it right away if i want a rewash. I told him that i have my daughter and wife sitting in the car and i can’t do it now but he didn’t change his stance. Very shocked after this incident as if you are agreeing that something which i was paid for didn’t worked out then why was all this drama for rewash if you put conditions to it.
Never going back to this store.” Carwash Scam”.

All staff here are very friendly, and the washroom is so clean,store is always organized, Carwash are also very clean and In store all the items are easy to navigate.. Regarding the pumps outside are also neat and tidy.. They treat the customer's like special and guest.. Really love the experience visiting here..

The staff here are very friendly and hard working. Conveniently located to my house and has many of the services and product. I need on daily basis.and the washroom super clean.Good reward with air miles and CAA.

This location is clean,located closely on a route between 2 neighbourhoods and have the new gas pump terminals like Calgary. This gives us a better sense of security over the old units that are possibly tampered that scans/skims our debit&credit cards that cause identity thefts

Today I came for car wash and unfortunately it was not working so I went inside and ask for car wash receipt. Ron named worker was saying you can go to other car wash station and not able to give receipt that’s totally fine. I said I will make complaint to head-office and why need answer why they are not able to give receipt. I did not use any swearing or any wrong language. Ron named worker ask me give me your name and follow me to my car and wants to come and take my number plate. I said you can not take my number plate without my concern unless I did anything wrong. I was upset but neither use any wrong words nor made any drama. But honestly speaking they must need to working out for their customer service specially for the customers who are not using any wrong words or anykind of violence. I just said I will do complaint and gentleman RON named worker follow me and wants to get my info. I refused to him and feels like second language was barrier.

Multiple terrible experiences! All because of the employee working there. This employee is extremely rude and unprofessional, he showed no interest in any of the customers in the store. When I tried to report this concern to Shell management, they promised they would call me back and look into the situation, but never did. NEVER going back to the store. they do not care about their customers. Please don’t go to the store!! go to a business that appreciates you.

Their best car (Platinum) wash isn't good enough post they made changes to wash cycle and when questioned on quality, their Manager's Ron response and their Customer Service respo se was even more questionable.

Nice people but do not follow their own posted hours and won’t even be open in the mornings when the sign says open, they just sit at the counter on their phones and won’t unlock the door.Song states 6-12, but they will never be there at 6. The pull up around 6:20-6:30 and won’t be open until 7.

Pulled up at 1:45am to get gas and the pump would process the transaction but wouldn't pump gas, so I had to go elsewhere, will NOT be returning here.
