I came here last night at 12am it states it’s open 24 hours yet the doors were locked. I knocked and asked the guy sitting in there to let me in and he refused…always a horrible experience at this shell last time I’ll be coming here

I had a very disappointing experience at the Shell gas station where Manpreet works. I asked for assistance with something simple, and she refused to help, showing no interest in providing customer service. Her attitude was unprofessional and made my visit frustrating. I expect better from Shell, and I hope they address this issue to improve their service."

Let it be known to all that the Tank Traders propane tank exchange absolutely DOES accept expired tanks. This Shell station operator/owner claimed that they don't, so I had Tank Traders corporate office call them and explain the rules to them. The next day, they STILL claimed they didn't accept expired tanks. Since they obviously knew the rules by that time (and most likely did before) it's pretty plain to see that they just lie about it to charge people for a new tank every time. They accepted my tank only after I explained to them that I was the one who had corporate call them, and I would have them call and explain the rules again if they still didn't understand. Lying to people for money gets you nowhere, and it hurts your business. Stop shaming your parents.

Pretty upset with their car wash system today! I usually buy the ultimate package but today I decide to go with the deluxe package as I was just need a quick rinse. With the code I got, it just presoak my car and then ask me to drive out. My car was full of soap and I went inside to tell the lady that that the car wash didn't give me a full wash. The lady then gave me a rewash and it happened the second time. I went back into complained about it and the lady said that my car was moving so the sensor didn't pick up or something. My car was completely shut off like I don't know how I can move forward. Then shr told me to buy another wash which I refused because I didn't get the wash I wanted. At the end, she did give me a rewash but it was the basic wash. So i bascially lost money on it.

I'm uncertain if the owner deliberately placed this label on the car wash door. Nonetheless, businesses should remain politically neutral. Moreover, as we're in Canada, let's refrain from importing conflicts from elsewhere.

My review is not about the service/product that you can purchase from this gas station.It's about our safety.Today, Feb 28th, 06:20pmI drove my vehicle to grab some energy drinks from the store.I was shocked that the drain cover was out of place!!Moreover, there was no sign/warning around it.This is extremely dangerous for people, children and vehicles.I informed the guy inside the store.

I waited 30 minutes for a car wash and then my car wash flex pass didn’t work. I was told that i can only use it at the location where it was purchased. Such a bad experience from shell.

Went in to go get 8 slurpees over the summer and the cashier/owner yelled at me for grabbing a handful of straws. Never coming back here again

Please do not take or buy car wash here. The car wash doesn't cleans the car, and they dont even give the code for next tome use, they want us to go through the car wash again and again until it is cleaned, which will effect the paint and it is not good for the car.I would have given zero stars, but there is no option of that.They should close their car wash as they are just ripping people off
