I just went here now to check lottery tickets. The female worker behind the counter tried to tell me I couldn’t check them with her. She tried to make me check my tickets at the checker, I told her I won’t, I’m at the till, I want her to check them as I pay. She was just trying to get out of doing her job. Her male counterpart worker came and tried to cover for her. She started yelling at me and I started recording her and he tried to tell me I can’t record because it was private property. I told him this is Canada and I can record in a public place all I want. Long story short, terrible attitude, poor work ethic, crap customer service and extreme entitlement by the female employed by a family member. Go to the petro across the street. This place doesn’t deserve your support at all.

This shell gas station is consistently one of the most expensive gas station in whole neighbourhood and I truly don’t know why. I started going to Esso (there are a few in the neighbourhood ) and when I drive by this shell, it’s always priced high.
I have been here once or twice in the recent past to buy wiper liquids and your staff is polite.

This has to be the most expensive shell in the city. They jack up their prices 5 cents higher than any other gas station in the city. I recommend taking an extra 5 minutes going any where else but here
Edit: I was going to change my review because it seemed like they changed it but of course the next day(Monday) they jack it up again.

I came here last night at 12am it states it’s open 24 hours yet the doors were locked. I knocked and asked the guy sitting in there to let me in and he refused…always a horrible experience at this shell last time I’ll be coming here

I had a very disappointing experience at the Shell gas station where Manpreet works. I asked for assistance with something simple, and she refused to help, showing no interest in providing customer service. Her attitude was unprofessional and made my visit frustrating. I expect better from Shell, and I hope they address this issue to improve their service."

Let it be known to all that the Tank Traders propane tank exchange absolutely DOES accept expired tanks. This Shell station operator/owner claimed that they don't, so I had Tank Traders corporate office call them and explain the rules to them. The next day, they STILL claimed they didn't accept expired tanks. Since they obviously knew the rules by that time (and most likely did before) it's pretty plain to see that they just lie about it to charge people for a new tank every time. They accepted my tank only after I explained to them that I was the one who had corporate call them, and I would have them call and explain the rules again if they still didn't understand. Lying to people for money gets you nowhere, and it hurts your business. Stop shaming your parents.

Pretty upset with their car wash system today! I usually buy the ultimate package but today I decide to go with the deluxe package as I was just need a quick rinse. With the code I got, it just presoak my car and then ask me to drive out. My car was full of soap and I went inside to tell the lady that that the car wash didn't give me a full wash. The lady then gave me a rewash and it happened the second time. I went back into complained about it and the lady said that my car was moving so the sensor didn't pick up or something. My car was completely shut off like I don't know how I can move forward. Then shr told me to buy another wash which I refused because I didn't get the wash I wanted. At the end, she did give me a rewash but it was the basic wash. So i bascially lost money on it.

I'm uncertain if the owner deliberately placed this label on the car wash door. Nonetheless, businesses should remain politically neutral. Moreover, as we're in Canada, let's refrain from importing conflicts from elsewhere.
