Staff need training , they are filling ointment in ,medicine refill bottles instead of ointment tube . Please check the attachments.

Hi I went there Millwood shoppers last week ,it was very bad experience on senior day o bought milk for my house one indian sfaff was keep on arguing for not to give me discount I am not a senior who need discount she was creating trouble I said her that I will pay full amount no discount needs she create a big drama there she called her duty manager there so manager said if she is paying full payment what’s your problem (to staff) later on manager said dnt let these people take milk from here ,stop them no good way of talking .That indian staff have no manners one person was asking her for trolley may be he was new she said its work of fourth class people not mine you go and find self even you can see her in camera in afternoon she have no right to speak like this with anyone can you tell me what was my fault why i cant buy milk from your shopper even I am ready to pay full amount no discount needed

Respectfully to COsmetics manager,I had been to your store last week with my grand parents and Daniel was working that evening, she was so rude and so unwelcoming, never expected this behaviour from shoppers employee we bought perfume for that 185 dollars, this was such a bad experience which will never bring me back to your store. A humble request please make her learn how to deal with customers no matter what nationality they have. Please consider my request. My grand parents felt very bad

I hate to complain but this place is worst . The Filipino supervisor doesn’t know how to talk . Today was my third day that I go there to buy one sunscreen but nobody was there to help me again in cosmetic centre . She was on lunch and from last 3 days they are telling me the same thing. Yesterday I went there in evening so that there will be someone who can help me to buy that. They need a key for that sunscreen . Really ?? It was $55 sunscreen why do you need to lock it up or if you have to then why don’t you have enough staff?? Managers are just filling their pockets by saving labour cost and not thinking about customer’s satisfaction. I spent 35 min in store to see if someone is going to help me but no luck . And that supervisor was so so rude he said I can’t do anything to help as executive is on lunch … he is the supervisor… He should know what needs to be done . I am spending my money and time to come here and try to buy . They make my day really frustrated . Thank you Shoppers

Went to this Millwoods Town Centre location at 11:15 pm Wednesday night July 12th.After I grabbed several items went to the attendant at the self Serve cashouts. I told him I want to pay cash. He Said that's NOT possible at this time of night!!!!I told him that we the customers are not Cashiers and we don't get paid to do the Cashiers job!!At least they should post a sign that says NO CASH ACCEPTED AFTER A CERTAIN TIME!!! So I left all my stuff full of things I wanted to purchase and pay cash!!We need to stop using Self Serve Checkouts!!! And bring back the Cashiers!!!Very disappointed with the company that have no Cashiers at all!!!Very poor customer service!!

The staff are always amazing and go the extra mile to help their customers. I used the self check out and Susan the clerk happened to notice I paid for 7 bags. She refunded the money. She saved me $7.00. Always a pleasure to go there.

I recently had the most appalling encounter at the pharmacy. Upon reviewing the feedback, I observed that the individuals who had "positive experiences" were of Caucasian descent. This observation speaks volumes about the possible underlying reasons why we can't seem to receive adequate customer service or even basic human decency at this location.

Today I visit post office in this location. The lady who work in post office she did not know anything. Actually I was going their for my background check. I give my I’d then she asking for one more I’d but I already give my I’d proof then she said cannot do she waste my time. Horrible experience. Don’t go on this location. Because staff does not know anything .

Be careful getting your prescriptions delivered from this shoppers. They don’t require signatures upon delivery. Just had someone else’s prescriptions delivered to my house and left in my mail box with all her information. You shouldn’t be allowed to deliver such items without a signature. It could be narcotics and run into the wrong hands.

Overstock items kept in a raw and one of the staff lady was very rude in talking. When I asked who is the manager to log complaint she hers3lf first went to the manager. Even manager on duty was not ev3n happy to listen complaint. It's a kind of racialism this shop staff is delivering attutude

After a huge transfer problem with another location, the pharmacy team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as soon as possible. Very apologetic for the other locations mistakes and extremely understanding of me feeling like complete garbage and being in a rush to get home. Cannot thank you enough (I apologize for not getting your name) you’ve made a huge positive impact.
