Made an account with the pharmacy, yet every time I go to pick up the sameBasic prescription, the pharmacy is always confused and never consistent with there wait times. You try to call ahead because they act impatient and frustrated when you don’t, and they never answer or push hold several times. They send you to hold every time without doubt. Terrible service at this shoppers, don’t choose this one for your medical needs! Changing pharmacies myself. Mentioned the hold time to the head pharmacist and he said “yeah sorry, flu shots” but there’s a sign on the door that literally says “no flu shots” ??a joke

It's a nice place, clean etc....few workers are abit snobby for whatever reason, looked at me weird, hopefully not because they thought I was going to steal. I know they get all kinds in there

I was pleasantly trying to have a conversation with my clerk as she was scanning my things. Then, she rudely interrupted me to talk to another lady who seemingly was her friend. When I brought my concerns to a manager, she defended their clerk saying maybe she was just trying to multitask. I brought up the idea of good customer service and again she defended her clerk. As an indigenous person the day before truth and reconciliation day, am appalled at my treatment today.

Lori was working at the post office , very rude to the customers in front of me while I was waiting in line. Very bad costumer service , wouldn’t return to this location.

Usually been a great place to talk to the people in the Pharmacy. Lately not so much. Pharmacist Amir needs some training on customer service. Literally ignored us, till I asked for some help. He seemed annoyed with some questions I had. Made us feel like we were inconvenience to him. GO somewhere else where they value their customers. Won't be back.

I always love shopping in here ever since I landed in Edmonton. I bought all the personal things that I needed from here. The staffs are nice to me and my family ever since. But just this last May 2, me and my mother bought a perfume it is a bit pricy which has no problem at all. The lady called Ashley from the cosmetic department, she did her job well for assisting us but she’s too judgmental. Firstly I asked if they have another stock of that perfume because it has a lot of scratches and she said no they don’t have, so it’s fine but when I was holding the box to check on it and she just grabbed it from my hand. I got really really offended tbh, after years of going in this shoppers this is the first time, I’m not gonna run away with it ?? I’m just checking it. Besides my mom was about to pay for it tho. she was literally holding her card. I know she’s just being careful but please also, be careful on how you treat you other customers ? It’s okay, but please don’t do it again on the other customers their day might be ruined.

I would like to compliment the Shopper's employees handling the Post Office- one in particular, Lori- she's efficient and very friendly. I travel extra miles to deal with this location because they know what they're doing- and for that I Thank Them.

This pharmacy has some of the kindest & understanding staff that I have ever encountered.I had a terrible experience at another pharmacy and the pharmacist here was compassionate and made the transfer of my rx's painless and easy.I have had other rx's filled here over the years and they have always made me feel as though I mattered and never have felt like an inconvenience here. They are thorough when explaining medication and take the time to make sure that you are confident with the information before you leave.10/10 all around.

No one ever answers the phone at the pharmacy. I suggest not getting your prescriptions filled here but maybe at a more locally owned pharmacy instead, especially if you want to actually speak to someone.

Clean store with a massive selection of products to choose from. If you want cologne at a decent price these are the guys to go to. Always purchase from them and the workers are always very helpful in choosing a cologne that smells great and grabs attention.

The store is not bad, but the pharmacy absolutely sucks. The first instance, my wife needed prenatal iron supplements. Mid wife gave her a prescription, but the pharmacy was out. We said we can use the non-prenatal, as many pharmacies seem to be out lately. The attendant made us wait for the pharmacist over half an hour and then told us the pharmacist wouldn't write the prescription. Told us to go somewhere else. Second instance, my doctor sent me a vitamin D shot to be injected by a local pharmacist. Vitamin D is only made in certain pharmacies in Edmonton and I couldn't get to the one who made it. I went here, as it is close to my house. The attendant told me the pharmacist wasn't in, but I literally could see her behind the counter. I know who the pharmacist is. I told her that and then she said, oh, she's going home soon. This was the last straw, so I went over to the superstore pharmacy and they had absolutely no problem helping me. I will be transferring everything over. Don't waste your time. They don't want your money.

I was there today, i use similac cheque that was a gift and this so called supervisor Penny was being difficult asked for an ID because after my personal offer it will end up my total was very cheap. i cancelled everything and went to different location and no problem. Thats what happens when u don’t want the sale. Other store doesn’t ask for ID. Just want to let you know you will get reimbursed of the amount even if you don’t ask for an ID. No wonder your similac will expire aug this yr. While other location its 2024. That means nobody buys that much there if they have to deal with you.

It used to be my favourite pharmacy, however lately the service has been going down. The last two times I’ve been there to fill my prescription I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes, I stayed in the store came back after 30 mins she told me another 20 i sat and waited and 20 mins later she tells me it’s going to take 45 mins not taking my time into consideration. She didn’t even look apologetic. Another important point is they never answer their phone. Jessi the owner is an amazing pharmacist but his staff could do better. I already started going elsewhere so I don’t get told “20mins” and in reality it took 3 hours. I don’t mind if takes that long just be honest so i don’t sit there and wait

We went to get a flu shot with my wife and young daughter. Witnessed both pharmacists actively ignoring a woman with a boy who was having a bad allergic/asthma attack. She asked them for help and they effectively shrugged and told her to go call 911 while they went back to counting pills. The young boy began loudly wheezing in the waiting area as his adult caretaker spoke to the dispatcher directing the ambulance to the location and we offered my wife’s inhaler as an option to try and help. We asked the pharmacist if that was a good idea (you know… getting professional medical advice). They seemed to have zero interest in helping this boy in clear medical distress and after we repeatedly brought to their attention that this boy needed help, they finally decided to stop whatever mindless tasks they deemed more important at that moment an engage.Lucky they didn’t have to actually do anything because the paramedics arrived right then. So a child’s medical emergency didn’t have to inconvenience them too much and they could go back to being poor pharmacists.Afterward they gave us the flu shots in a cluttered office and gave us absolutely NO information about waiting for 15 min or possible side effects. Not our first flu shots, so we understand all that, but I have never had ANY pharmacist or nurse give a vaccine without going through the potential side effects, even vaguely. Especially while a child is literally being STRAPPED TO A STRETCHER TEN FEET AWAY by paramedics because they went into anaphylactic shock. So yeah. Don’t go here if you want an empathetic, professional medical experience. Or if you want someone at the pharmacy to help you in any way while your child’s airway is closing. But hey, at least the makeup salesperson said hello when we walked in.
