Extremely interfering worker invading our space in everything we wanted go look at. Worst place to shop if your indigenous. Profiled as soon as you walk in the door. Have a video ready for social media as proof. Extremely frustrating trying to take my kids to spend their leftover school money but definitely lost out on sales now and forever.

The store carries some interesting items although frequently of a low quality. Their customer service is not existant so do not bother to "create an account" with them if they offer.
I opened an account and they keep asking to review items in exchange for 15% coupon. Once I did exactly that, they sent me that coupon but guess what? it does not work! It scans but no discount is applied. The staff in the store could not give me any discount manually. The online support has more than a week now "resolving this coupon issue".
I am closing my account and want nothing to do with their online services. Maybe occasional in store shopping only, maybe...

Completely ruined my Christmas selling me a "New product" I asked if they had anymore water lamp diffusers, they said they did in the back. I get a boxed up product with water stains all over lamp. Used, finger printed. Water holes all plugged with crusty old tap water residue, and old diffuser oil. I would never have boughten a USED AND ABUSED PRODUCT FOR FULL PRICE. Thanks for telling me i was buying a used piece of garbage. I live 3 hours away and cant make it back at all for who knows how long. A joke of a store and a joke of basic customer service.

BUYER BEWARE: they hav a little known policy of NO RETURNS for 98% of their items. Receipt doesnt state which. But bychance, most of their items fall under this category. Talked to some pion there who said "He doesnt make the rules".Next time ill ask to see their business license. I believe these stores are franchises privately owned, thats why this store is so cheap.GO ELSEWHERE.
