My experience with Simplicity car care center was effortless they treated me very professionally and explained everything to me what was exactly going to be done. They advised me that it would take seven days to complete the repairs, but it only took six days. and all the parts came from the car dealership. The repairs that they did was very professional, and I could not tell if it had ever been in an accident .
I would highly recommend Slimpliciy car care service to anyone that needs auto body work.

I don’t recommend using them as they waste time and at the end result are not what you expect They have no coordination between the technical staff management and the front desk staff they say we will call you but that will never happen, no follow up. They will use any excuse to blame you.

Ive been going to Simplicity/Robertson Bodyworks for over 20 years and have always had a pleasant experience, if there was ever something I had a concern about Tim would take care of it no questions asked, Ive referred several neighbours and friends and as far as I know they’ve had a good experience as well!!!

First of all, after everything, my car looks great. Beautiful repair. But customer service could not be worse. I was told my repair could not be done for 6-8 weeks. I left a deposit but found another shop with a great estimate that was booking 1 1/2 weeks away. Tried to cancel Robertson and suddenly they had an opening the next week. Ok. Took my car in. A week later got an email that extra parts were needed and included a final total. I said that was fine. Heard nothing else from them over the next 11/2 weeks. Phone calls to them went to voicemail. Never received any return call. I finally went to the office to find out what was going on. Apparently I was supposed to be given updates which never happened. Tim was very apologetic, showed me my car which was almost done and said I would receive call when in the last stages. I didn’t. I got a call saying “you can pick your car up now”. No warning. Ok. Went to get it and the price was suddenly $400 more than the updated final cost I had been emailed. What?!
I would return if the front staff changes and improves customer service because Tim really cares.
