Sheril was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding a pair of shoes that would work for me. Sheril even called another store to put a pair of shoes on hold for me until I could get there. Anyone going to the WEM Sketchers location ask for Sheril. They were great.

Sheril was awesome.
My girlfriend and I apparently needed shoes. I did not know this at the time.
We entered the store and I was actually impressed by the variety of shoes on display.
That’s when we met Sheril, who then assisted my girlfriend in finding a shoe she liked as which apparently turned out to be a epic journey…
Sheril was tireless as she continuously made the trek from the front and into the back to search for the perfect shoe. I didn’t realize exactly how many shoes there actually were.
Lucky for me, what seemed like only minutes turned out to be an afternoon…who wanted to watch the game anyways.
Sheri fed me snacks.
My girlfriend had literally tried on every pair in the store and finally decided on a grey pair which was the first pair she tried on 5hrs earlier.
Sheril then told us there was a buy one and 50% off the 2nd pair. I was so excited to hear that information. Both Sheril and my girlfriend are helping me decide what pair I want now. I wanted the grey ones but I was informed I need to try on the 100 colors and styles first.

Great service at WEM, especially Long and his associates even though it was super busy. they made the extra effort to make sure that we were also taking care of. Never felt like we were being ignored.

My husband and I went in to the WEM store for some new shoes. Long helped us, as well as a few other folks that were in the store. He was extremely good at his job! Very helpful and very quick going back and forth finding shoes and different sizes. We ended up getting 4 pairs as well as some socks. Thanks Long!

Bright clean store with well trained helpful staff. Great selection but it van be crowded at times with all the customers. Fair and easy return policy. Conveniently park outside Bourbon St. on the north side, Walk all the way down and hang a right when you get to the main mall section.
