Never Purchase mattress from Sleep Country Canada. Waste of time and money. They don't care about the customer. They don't allow return the mattress if it the mattress in box is unopened.

Bought a mattress that we've slept on just over a year and body impressions are nearly, but not quite the 1.5 inches they require to honor their 10 year warranty. The mattress now hurts our backs and we'll have to replace it. Of course logic would say, that if after 1 year of use the impressions are nearly 1.5 inches, it'll definitely be 1.5 inches or more well within the warranty period. The point and common sense would say that the mattress is obviously breaking down and should be replaced. Terrible customer service.Update: I emailed Sleep Country per their response below and they have done nothing. By their response they want to publicly show they care and want to fix things, but in reality, so far it is just that, a show.

Went into store to look for a bed for my mom I ended up getting attitude from employee so walked out. Lost a 2000 dollar sale I'll go elsewhere.

We bought a mattress from them and spend lot of money on that near about 1300 dollars and now that mattress is sink from middle then they was saying it should be in warranty for 10 years and now they are not covering that and making a rubbish reasons they want to see that sink thing in pictures they are saying click pictures and uploads even how is that possible in pictures we cant sleep properly on that mattress. Worst experience when you have to buy something from them they are very polite , good to you like we will not meet people like them in life and when some problem came to their product they are making reasons.. i will not recommend anybody to buy anthing from them.

Sleep Country Canada is fine but have zero economy options. They sell very good very pricey beds. Good for them. I know I can get a cheaper foam mattress at IKEA etc, I just think it would be helpful if they had some Alternatives at their store as well. No they do not.

The sales person who helped us had an in depth knowledge and experience about the products they sold. His approach was outstanding and without sales pressure tactics whatsoever.When we left after a confident purchase and were both in awe over the superb customer service we received.Definetly recommend Sleep Country as your go to sleep experts.

My husband and I bought a Purple Mattress, Purple Pillows, mattress protector, sheets and an adjustable base. You can imagine, we spent a lot of money. There was a promotion for a rebate (in-house spending only) which expired October 31, 2021. I sent in the information needed for the rebate on September 15, 2021. Life is busy and I did not follow up until today (November 1, 2021). I did call the store on Sunday and they said it would be extended. Well no, customer service will not extend it. I asked for proof that the rebate was emailed to me, as I checked my junk and deleted emails, and they are not able to provide proof as they do not keep a record of it. Well, we love our bed, had great service at the store, but I give this a one star rating as customer service was NOT given at the Head Office level. It is an in-store credit, and we would have used it on the warranty on the base. So very disappointed.Since this review, customer service at Sleep Country has reached out to me and extended the in-house credit. Thank you!

We are very happy with what we ordered. 6 months ago I ordered a short queen for our RV. It was so comfortable my wife asked for the same at home. She is short so I included the low profile box spring and bed frame. After 3 months we are sleeping sound, at home and away.

The service in the store was very good. Unfortunately, there were mistakes on every part of our order (wrong bed size sent, mattress cover not given to us at the store). I phoned recently to see if I could exchange our mattress cover and the person handling our account never called back. Our mattress is causing me back pain now but that's not the fault of the store. I just hope we can work with the staff to change that.

Exceptional service and the sales guy had great knowledge of product. He explained each and every pillow in detail and provided me with right options for my needs. We tried a few of them and he never pushed me to buy any of it. There was no pressure sales I had my own time to decide and choose the product I need.I was treated a consumer and not a customer. Very few places offer such exceptional services and Sleep County WEM is one of them.

Me and my hubby was there yesterday Sep 9 around 2-3 pm 2021 There was a. big fat old white man working on that day. He was sooo rude to us we wanted to buy a singe mattress for our child and saw a massage mattress and asked for the price he said its around 1600$ and said we can not afford it unless we win a lottery!really? what is this? Sleep Country train and TEACH your workers WELL!!! NEVER coming back! let me tell you something on that day you lost your coustumer and at least 1000$
