I just received my clover pendant and chain in the mail, and I’m very happy with my purchase. The pieces are high quality, beautiful, elegant. The packaging blew me away, it felt so special! The boxes, the attention to detail, the colours, the little notes and ribbons, the soft pouches - it all created a great experience (and excitement!) - like a true gift should do. I’m glad I discovered this brand.

Today I popped into So Pretty Cara Cotter in St.Albert to pick up an item I had wanted. The service was incredible and the store is so beautiful. The young girl working was so helpful and offered some suggestions I hadn’t thought of…and I walked away with both a bracelet and some earrings that I absolutely loved! I highly recommend stopping by this little gem of a store!

While the jewelry that I received as a gift looked pretty visually, we encountered issues. I was given a ring as a gift and within a couple of weeks it was bent and several stones had fallen out. It was returned and exchanged for a different ring with a different design, and additional money was given to purchase it. After wearing it maybe 2-3 times, again, a couple of stones fell out. The rings were both worn only occasionally and no unusual or rough tasks were undertaken when worn. It was shocking to see not only one, but two pieces of jewelry degrade. The person who gave me the jewelry felt badly as they had searched out what they had hoped to be a quality jeweler, and to have to return two rings in a short period of time was disheartening. Definitely will not return or recommend despite a pleasant customer service experience.
*Please note that the first ring was purchased at the downtown location and the second one was from the St Albert location.

I recently went to the St.Albert location to get a permanent bracelet.
Ivana and Amanda are truly amazing. They went beyond in providing excellent customer service. They are both so kind and you can feel they are genuine.
Ivana took her time with helping me with the permanent bracelet. She was very knowledgeable and detail oriented.
Not to mention the store is adorable!
I have had purchased a few pieces from So Pretty and they do not disappoint. I will keep adding to my collection. 🤍.

If I could give more stars I would!! I first discovered So Pretty at a pop-up at Southgate Mall! I was delighted to find out they were a local company. And now the last 6-ish years this is pretty much where all my jewellery comes from. They are gorgeous, simple-but stands out, and classic!I’ve even got my wedding band from so pretty, & gifts I gave out on my wedding day ❤️❤️.

A big thank you to Rachel for all of her patience and assistance these past few weeks! I had spent quite some time browsing online, but she was able to answer all of my questions, ensure that I could see as much as possible in-person while I was in the shop, as well as help me pick out items that complimented each other that I hadn’t originally noticed.

I was so excited when I came across a few pieces that I loved from the Fraicheliving collection on instagram and decided to purchase two bracelets right away. I guess I should have done more research on the company and location. Since I live in United States I was thrilled to see free shipping available but not for returns. I ordered a small bracelet and one in regular size. It took an extremely long time to get the products, since the company is in Canada. When I finally did receive the package, both bracelets did not look right due to size. One was extremely small and the other one was to big and kept flipping over. I had my husband go to the post office the next day to start the return process since the customer is only given two weeks to get the product back to headquarters in Canada to finalize the return. At the post office, it took my husband more than an hour to ship the products back. Not only did he have to purchase insurance due to the company’s request for protection due to customs but shipping almost cost half the price of both bracelets. I ended spending $50 dollars to ship products back that did not fit. Did I mention I had to wait weeks for the company to reimburse me back. Beware; beautiful pieces that lead to disappointment.

I was just at the shop today and had an amazing experience and I wanted to share an overdue review.I purchased a necklace for a gift back in may, but due to an accident the chain broke!They took it back with no questions and even repaired it, unfortunately once we got it back something happened and it had to go for repair again.Today I stepped in the shop preparing to drop it off for repair but to my surprised they offered to just provide me with a replacement necklace instead of waiting.I couldn’t ask for better customer service from a business, I will never be afraid of referring someone to this lovely shop.
