Used to be good service, but not so much anymore
I went in to fill a prescription and they said it wasn’t covered? I am still working and have an existing group insurance plan. They told me because I’m 65 I have to now apply for govt assistance program
I told them I have a plan but they said it won’t be covered, I don’t think k they even tried as I went to another pharmacy and got my prescription filled and was covered by my existing plan

Great friendly staff who always go the extra mile to help me refill my prescriptions. This will be my go-to pharmacy for as long as I'm in the area.

I have a terrible needle phobia and the lovely pharmacist who did my covid shot was exceptional and so kind and lovely I truly appreciate her being so awesome I'll be back. Thank you Raman!

Used this pharmacy for 5 years but had to stop after repeated and worsening issues.Pharmacist replaced one of my medications I had been taking for 20+ years with a completely different medication (not a generic version) that made me very sick. Had to go back to my doctor to get the right prescription again.Often oversold me medication - running through more than I'd called in and more than they'd have in stock and then "owing" it to me to pick up another day.Would occasionally lose my new prescriptions and "owed" medications.The pharmacy staff refused to acknowledge or discuss any issue.

The pharmacy technicians were very helpful and put in the extra effort to make sure my insurance coverage was in place so I had no out of pocket expenses. Friendly and personable and very polite.

Friendly staff but for a food establishment the public washroom is vile! Despite the apparent hourly cleaning chart on the wall this bathroom clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a long time.

I worked at sobeys over 6 yrs ago for 10 years so of course I use this location as my pharmacy needs. In that being said all the staff are still there and have been amazingly looking out for me when I get perceptions! Always watching out as I have so many allergies when alerted the call my doctor right away and ask if their something else I could take instead. I phone and ask to fax doctor for continuing prescription I’m on and boom faxed if they don’t get a reply from doctor again their on the phone to talk to doctor to ask to reply so I never run out and miss a dose as I have ,Osteoarthritis bad at 49???? their a fantastic team and have never let me down when it comes to my health. Thank you sobeys pharmacy team.

The staff is always friendly and easy to talk to. Never had any issues with this location or staff. I have been going to them for years to get my prescriptions.

Excellent staff at this pharmacy! They have text alerts when prescriptions are ready and they follow up with their customers regarding their medication.
