We are seniors looking for a reclining loveseat for our new small apartment. Went to a number of furniture stores with no success and then we went to Sofa Land and found exactly what we were looking for. Lucked out and had Luna as our sales associate. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to explain all our options. She was a delight to work with. We have purchased at Sofa Land in the past and love their beautiful inventory. Loveseat has been delivered and set up for us. Highly recommend Sofa Land for quality furniture and fair prices.

Corey, who was kind and informative, helps us pick out a comfy swivel chair, when it came time to pick it up, I thought there was a discrepancy with the invoice which turned out NOT to be the case. The way Jeremy handled it was respectful, professional and courteous. I appreciate both gentlemen (and the lovely ladies that work there) going above and beyond with their customer service. We love the store and have been using them and KONTO for years. Keep up the good work and thank you again for a pleasant experience. ? We will continue to decorate our home with their lovely products and recommend you give them a try.

The salesman, Corey, was fantastic. He introduced himself shortly after we entered the building, privided some basic info and then left us to wander. Corey was very knowledgeable about the products we had questions about but we never felt pressured or rushed into a purchase.
We have no yet received our products but the shopping experience was so great.

Debra was very dedicated in telling us about Sofaland and how they are different from other furniture stores. It's refreshing to deal with a business that is focused on fair pricing, and great quality of product. We like the fact that they never have sales, even with the competitors sales prices Sofaland still beat their prices and quality as well. The other thing that made us want to buy from them is the in house repair that is offered. Many companies send furniture off site for repairs to a third party company. The staff (especially Debra) are very helpful in letting you make the right decision. We ordered two power recliners and custom order couch. Great selection for sure. Thank you!

Dealing with SOFALAND was a calm and no fuss experience ! Luba spent a lot of time with me in purchasing my love seat and two chairs. Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful . The only hard part now, is waiting for my purchase to arrive. If you are in the market for new furniture…. I would recommend Luba to show you around.

I was looking for a power recliner and was able to find one at this store that was just perfect for me. The quality is very good has a warranty which is super important. The staff at this store where very helpful in showing me chairs that fit what I was looking for. They are helpful and dont make me feel pressured into buying something that wasn't my fit. She was so nice.showed me things and let me choose what was best. So many places and stores have sales people that make me feel pressured into something but not at sofaland. I would recommend it to anyone that asked me where to maybe shop
Also the delivery staff where great. Fast and very good at putting together a d made sure all was working right. All in all was a good experience and I will shop there again.

We bought a sofa and two chairs and are extremely satisfied with both the service and products! Lane our salesperson was prompt in answering all of our questions but let us browse the store and their wide selection at our leisure without hovering over us every minute! The selection is great, the quality top notch and their delivery is what service used to be in most places but is now sadly more the exception then the rule! For example our sofa was a special order but they made sure to deliver everything at the same time! Their delivery guys were professional, efficient, assembled everything promptly and took all packaging material with them afterwards, leaving us with a clean house and new furniture! We also bought a new bed across the parking lot at Konto Furniture (their sister company) and they charged us only 1 delivery charge even though that piece arrived about 1 month later! Great companies! Definitely will be back for any furniture needs! Highly recommend both stores!

I’ve been shopping for a quite a specific couch for some time now, which I recently found at SofaLand!!!
My husband and I were greeted by Krizia as soon as we entered. And this was great because she was extremely helpful and listened to what we were looking for.
I will reccommend SofaLand (St. Albert Trail) couches (and home furnishings) to anyone looking!

We recently purchased three chairs at Sofa Land on St. Albert Trail. From their friendly, helpful, knowledgable sales representatives to the efficient warehouse and delivery team, our experience was excellent! We were even advised of an upcoming sale related to one of the items, and were able to push back our delivery to accommodate some renovations with no trouble at all. Very happy with the quality of our purchases as well. We were already return customers and will continue to be so. Highly recommend!
