Very poor security, gate is left open all day for anyone to just walk in. The front desk pays no attention to who is coming in or out.
If you do anything they don't like that's not in the contract, they threaten eviction and just refuse to renew the lease if they can't use the contract against you legally.
85 deposit is returned to you through a cheque, and you have to wait for the owner to sign it and send it to the location for pick up...
Homeless and junkies surround the location
Not a good location.

Our pass code would not work every couple of weeks and we can get in to our unit. Also you can't get ahold of anyone for days as their office hours are super wierd . And nobody calls back after you left voice messages.Prices are good but what good is that if you can't get in specifically after promised 24/7 access. Sldk parking lot fills with water and its impossible to walk around your vehicle not even mentioning the water damage to your vehicles standing in a water for days.

Best storage facility I’ve used. Extremely clean, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The prices were cheaper than the others I called as well.

My stuff is currently stored here while I'm between rentals and staying with a friend.The place is clean, doesn't show it's age (which means hard work by staff to keep it that way), is accessible 24/7, and Suzanne (manager) is SO helpful, friendly, and kind, while still somehow being a sharp, no nonsense businesswoman. I don't know how she does that to be honest.I think the low vacancy rate here says a lot about the place.My only only issue is that I hope this winter snow and ice will be cleared regularly. A friend has stored items here long term and it can be very slippery October - May, depending on the weather.I understand SES relies on an outside contractor to clear snow and ice. I hope this winter they hire someone who shows up, and does more more often.Edit: I just found out SES stores vehicles too. This is something I'm glad to know. I think it's good that they're expanding.Maybe SES will have mailbox rentals in the future like bulldog storage? Maybe a small cooler with drinks for sale in the office and band aids for sale? I can hope.

South Edmonton StorageI chose this place at the beginning of August this year because of the 24 hour access, however after our moving truck fell through we ended up moving our belongings on foot and by cart as we didn't have the means to rent a truck. We were not moving too far so didn't think it was an issue . I got a call from Suzanne the manager of the facility when my girlfriend showed up with our paperwork and photos in a push cart. She informed me that she did not rent a unit to 'homeless people' and if there were any problems in the next few days that we would be evicted. She then deactivated our gate access code and reduced our access to 30 mins a day during business hours.On one of the last days we got locked into our unit by Suzanne and were told to leave the premises after we had called a friend to come by and let us out .I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone unless you are okay with forcible confinement and having the police called on you , getting evicted for no good reason and losing half of your belongings because you are forced out last minute with no where to move your things to .We paid for a full month of storage that included 24hr access . What we got was nothing short of a nightmare.

Friendly staff but the facility needs maintenance. Doors do not get repaired during the winter. Exterior roll up door to access my interior unit only opens to 5 feet and is a head bashing risk. Was told that it would be fixed in the spring. Still waiting.

I had rented a 10' x 10' Storage unit here for 2 years. The price was reasonable, the grounds were always clean and most importantly the customer service was outstanding! If I ever need another storage unit, I would not look anywhere else.

Always great friendly service from Suzanne. The storage is cleaner than a few other's since we chose to store here.
