We had a great experience at Southview Acura. Our salesperson Nick C. was very patient with us (it took us 6 weeks to finally decide), and I felt good buying from him. I don't enjoy high pressure sales, and he really took the time to find the right car for us at a fair price. I feel like this dealership really cares about it customers! And a bonus - I love my "new to me" MDX!

Coming back to update my review, three years after my first lease experience at Southview. Once again, I had excellent customer service, a smooth transaction, and very little pretense (especially for a luxury car). I think Nick C had the easiest transaction of his month when he cold called me to tell me about the Lunar New Year promotion - I advised if he could get me into anything other than an SUV from the lot, we might have a deal. A few hours later I secured my 2024 TLX A-Spec without delay. On my paperwork date, Paden from Sales treated me very professionally while I waited.
I'll share a little extra shout out to Service - Awais and Kat - for making the transition of winter tires from storage, off the 2021 and onto the 2022, and the Detail team for making my winters look brand new too!

Took my car here for an oil change. After charging me $150 for an oil change, they gave me a list of services they recommended to be done on my car. I found it "funny" they recommended that my transmission fluid be flushed and replaced with new fluid, when I already had it done not even 3 weeks ago

My sunroof broke on Monday morning, and I originally called West Acura, as they were closer to my work. I called them around 8am to get a quote, and they said they would call me back. After hours passing, I decided to call Southside and they gave me a quote right over the phone. I finally heard back from West Acura at 3pm. 7 hours later. They quoted me more than Southside. I decided to make the longer drive to Southside due to the better service. And I'm so glad I did! They told me the part would be here Friday, and it got there yesterday! They got me in immediately and I dropped my car off this morning. James in the service department was great and friendly. The whole service team was great. 100% will be back if I ever need further servicing! Thank you, Southview Acura!

I went to Southview Acura today to for a used vehicle trying to work a deal. One of the sales managers pulled me in their office to show me some numbers. He then made a snarky comment about my negotiation with his fellow co workers in the room, saying he was being haggled over a few dollars. All the other sales guys and managers laughed. It was really unprofessional and disrespectful. I'll never do business with that manager again, but the sales person who I was originally dealing with was pretty decent.

Had the pleasure of meeting Adnan( Lease manager) at Southview Acura. I was currently in an Acura, and looking to get into another one after my lease ended.
Adnan made the entire process seamless and stress-free, I apricated the transparency and honesty shown by him, as well as the fact that he made sure all my requirements were met and i only got what i wanted, and did not try to upsell me anything (including additional warranty/features)
I also had an opportunity to meet one of the owners Reed, and similar to Adnan, he was transparent with the numbers and ensured we left happy with the car we wanted.
I definitely encourage everyone to come see Adnan, if you are in the market for an Acura, if you want to get the best deal and no pressure experience.
ps. in our family over the last 15 years, this was the 11th Acura.
pps. a suggestion to Southview, an Acura keychain would be amazing touch when purchasing a vehicle.

James was my service technician. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. When I was advised that my warranty might not cover my wheel alignment, James worked his magic to ensure that my warranty company paid for this cost as well. All in all, I was very pleased with the service I received at Southview Acura.
