I used Spa Country to move my hot tub in COLD weather. They did an awesome job, paid close attention to detail and my tub was moved without an issue. They drained, disconnected, moved and hooked up the tub all within an hour. They also provided new wiring so I didn’t have to go out of my way. Worth every penny. I would never want to move a tub without all the proper equipment and knowledge these guys have. Shout out to Scott and the two employees for the effortless move.

I Required a new board and heater for a brand Spa Country doesn’t sell but they found me a refurbished board and installed it very quickly and efficiently. These guys are the real pros in town.

Unreal Experience!!! Can’t speak highly enough of the crew at Spa Country. We rented a hot tub for the month of April. Delivery and setup was a breeze as was take down because Spa Country did it all!! Customer service was A+ with any questions I had answered immediately. We are new to hot tubs so there was a bit to learn in terms of the maintenance for the month but Brett and his crew made that so easy because their customer service was so great. Thanks Spa Country!!

Scott was a pleasure to deal with - excellent customer service. Delivery was flawless for our rental, the tub was clean and the care package/instructions for the tub were super helpful. I'd highly recommend and we'll definitely return as customers!

Great Service and very knowledgeable. Brett has gone above and beyond with his service. They have moved a hot tub for us and supplied a new cover as well as dropped off chemicals. They take service to the next level. I haven't had this type of service from anyone else in any other industry. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

Highly commended Spa Country! We bought our first hot hub here. We knew nothing going in, no pressure sales, great prices, quick turn around for ordering and installation. Once our tub was ready, their teams got the electrical connection and hot tub installed within 3 hours flat. Very flexible and reasonable. Excellent service - we text the owner with any questions and Scott is highly responsive and always friendly. We so appreciate them! Plus the Clearwater spas they carry have cutting edge purification systems, and they were able to install additional insulationfor added heat efficiency.

i have a older hottub bought from spa county. I have started to have a few problems with it. I contacted Scott for the first time he walked me through what I need it got the part helped me with instructions on how to install and it worked perfectly and then this year it was having other problems contacted him he I sent him pictures over text. He showed me exactly what to do and it worked very helpful very friendly and didn't try to push any sales on me. highly recommend them if you're looking for a new to hot tub and also if you need any repairs to your older one, they're very helpful.

My wife and I bought a tub from Spa Country last fall. We were first time buyers with a lot of questions and Spa Country was super informative and helpful in our selection process. The install went great and they are always happy to answer any maintenance questions that pop up.
